What a great bunch of people giving great service doing their best. Had a headlight go out they put a new one in .. very friendly from the floor staff to the cashiers ...parts department and mechanics......two thumbs up...stay awesome.

I visited Riverview Canadian tire today just to buy a gift for a friend. Size Wise is smaller than other stores in the greater Moncton area. That makes me happy because I can find what I want faster.The staff was so friendly. Easy parking. Lots of deals on going with Boxing week and end of Christmas items.There's a garden centre and auto center in this location.

I'd give zero stars if it was possible!Customer service is non existent since the manager" just walks away when she's questioned about a store policy.We were told that if something purchased goes on sale they honour price adjustments up to 14 days (same policy as 2 other local Canadian Tire stores).She refused to honour the price adjustment and told us she would not sell us the item if we returned it

I went to have my propane filled. And they didn't know how to fill it. I paid over 100$ to have my 4 tanks filled. And 2 days later needed to being them somewhere else to get filled. I paid for nothing. They didn't fill them right!The service was good. But wont be returning because i literally wasted over 100$ for nothing!! Very disappointed.

This store use to be great. I’m not sure what happened but the service has gone downhill. Terrible customer service. Rude employees (some not all of course)

I rarely go to Canadian tire anymore ( crowded aisles, no cashiers) and this store was no different. I could barely make my way around the piles of product and people trying to navigate them.After loading up my cart with the dog food I needed, I had difficulty making my way to the checkout. Then the waiting began. There were 10 to 12 people in the line and only one cashier checking them out , and the other was occupied with what should have been a customer service issue ( but there was no one there either)The parking lot was also difficult to navigate and park with my pickup truck. It was another disappointing experience, and if I didnt absolutely need to be there...I wouldn't have.
