I came in at 11:00pm the girl refused to open the door to buy a drink. She said I have to wait in the cold. I did wait for five minutes and she never opened. These actions needs to be addressedFeb 17 11:00pm

I am just delivering items, to Toronto. I needed to gas up and stopped at this station, right next to Keele subway station. I also needed to go to the washroom BADLY, so I asked for the keys and they said it was picked.I have to go back to Hamilton but am looking for a station that will allow me to use their washroom.Esso has always let me, in any city.

Update - changed my rating from one star to four-star as the washroom is now open in July. Not very clean but at least it is open . Following is my original review -> Nice staff but washroom closed. Shame on you Petro-Canada for not making sure your stations keep their washrooms open while they're selling gas and food

Staff consistently do not wear masks. Noticed early on in the mask regulations that no masks are enforced for/by staff. Only public service in the area where the staff don’t wear masks. Over months of time and multiple staff. I paid at the pumps to avoid what I saw happening inside.Back again, totally forgetting why I was avoiding this place and observed the exact same behaviour. Staff with no mask on. Customer enters wearing a mask... still no mask from the staff.This location need and intervention from corporate.

Pretty typical gas station - 8 pumps, prices comparable to others in the city. The layout is a bit weird/tight since it gets pretty busy. With the bus nearby, I feel like I would usually skip this station unless I’m visiting on non-peak times. Overall not much to complain about!
