This company is probably the worst company I have ever known. They are supposed to monitor our visitor parking at our complex for illegal parking. I have a pass to park in the visitor area from June 9, 2020 to September 1, 2020 issued by the property management office and the company issued me a violation ticket. These people need to read before they issue a ticket. They don’t even deserve a single star. So I get a response from them... can't believe my eyes what I read. They said Thank you for reaching out. For parking invoice inquiries please visit". Then they give a website where you would send them the information already in their possession. Are these people for real???? I already sent them all the documents. What planet are these people from?"
