Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres

Well had my brake fluid flushed and drums turned to try and figure out why my truck bounces when hitting the brakes. Truck is still bouncing when hitting the brakes at 60kph. Didn't go over what they found or if there could be another concern to look at. Do know if they test drove it to even find out if it was gone. Also customer services at the front deck was every unprofessional picking up the phone when confronting a customer when checking in for service. Also took mileage wrong and didn't spell my last name right. Don't know if I feel right taking my vehicle back for more service. I did want to get ac looked at and maybe a complete exhaust system put in.***Update on my concerns***Mike the manager got ahold of and made it right. Looked over the concern and even found more the could be fixed. Worked on my ac as best as possible and it is way cooler then what it was. Thanks for the help truck drives fantastic. Will be back for more work to get done.

I love dealing with the folks at Budget Brake & Muffler!! They are so friendly and happy to accomodate an appointment that works for me. They explain everything to me as if I really matter, even though I am a woman". They do only what I ask them to do (twice in the last year - not the same issue) and don't try to push me into somehting fancier or more expensive. I will definitely put them on my list of trusted businesses!"

I absolutely recommend Mike and everyone at Budget.  I was even going to have them repair a part on my truck that would of potentially been under warranty at the dealership (turned out it was ok) They are extremely fair, well priced and will not pressure you into buying something your vehicle doesn't require. I had also gone there last year to have the wheel alignment checked as the dealership told me it was way off, well the guys put it on the machine and surprise no alignment necessary. So if you need servicing for your vehicle go see these guys!

My husband went to their shop this morning from out of town and was greeted with excellent fast, and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

I had my exhaust manifold replaced here a few weeks ago on my Dodge pickup. This is my first time bringing one of my vehicles here. I had an absolutely great experience. The customer service was excellent and I felt like they were open an honest about what needed to be done. Price was great as well. I will be a regular going forward for any work on my vehicles.

huge heck yeah! Brought my truck into the shop for an alignment, knowing that it needed a few more things. These guys did an alignment for me and took a look at everything else and let me know what I needed. They replaced only what was necessary and Bill at the end was easily more affordable than any other shop would have done.This is my shop now, I will take my truck back there for anything It needsMike the owner, and all of his guys were super easy to get along with… I couldn’t be happier

Called in to get a quote on boots over the front shocks. The guy was very honest with me. He said nothing was going go in the shock cylinder because there a rubber seal that prevents from water or dirt getting in. Don’t need boots. Thanks for honest shops and like this guy.Called Toyota they said $648. What a ripoff.

We are very happy with our experience bringing in our daughter’s car for a repair today. Our mechanic was very professional and informative while showing us the situation. He offered a great solution and promptly completed the repair. We were very pleased with the honest and knowledgeable service provided. We will certainly bring our vehicles here in the future based on our excellent experience!

I always bring my vehicles into Budget! They're absolutely amazing! But I have to give a huge shout out to Landon for helping me the other day! I was stranded and low on cash, he helped me out and fixed my muffler so I could make it back to where I needed to be! Thank you so much! A person is always Leary when they go into a place for repairs. Always worried they will tell you bad news and have to do more work than required. Not here, the owner is a very personable guy and very professional. I thought I needed a whole muffler system and as it turns out , I only needed a resonator. I asked him, my muffler is old and it doesn’t need to be replaced. He said nope as it is still in good condition and no resort to replace it. He also had time to recharge my A/C. I am impressed with his service and I will be recommending his shop and I will be coming back. Very pleased.
