The guys showed up on time (actually early) and went right to work. They paid attention to all the little details. They were very polite and professional. The house looks brand new.

Christmas light installation was completed and a windstorm blew some lights out of place. Shack Shine scheduled a quick complementary service to reinstall those lights impacted. Great friendly service!

The Shack Shine team were very quick and professional during the install of our external illumination. I was amazed at how the system went together and was installed. Our lighting was customized for the length and width of our house which meant that there were no extension cords and extra wiring lying around. The Manager, Melanie Black, was super friendly on the phone and her team were on time as she promised. This company did an amazing job for us. We hired them to clean windows, pressure wash the house, deck and patio, and clean the gutters. The change was like night and day. Best $1,000 I ever spent (we were putting the house up for sale). Everything was like new after! The patio, deck, and vinyl siding, which had algae on them, were immaculate! Their window-washing equipment is unmatched: they use filtered water so the windows were *invisible* after. I accidentally got Barrie water from the sprinkler on the sliders afterward and could not restore them to the beautiful state that ShackShine achieved. However, the rest of the windows were still gorgeous. Bonus, the people came on short notice, came when they said they would, and were professional and pleasant.

I had such high hopes for this company however it's now quite apparent why this place isn't registered with the Better Business Bureau. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Brandon sat down and took his time to consult with us regarding our needs and came another day with samples to share with us what to expect. Quality of lights are durable, unbreakable and bright, and the installation was done efficiently. The house doesn’t have any extra wires hanging off and our trees are spaced appropriately with lighting to sparkle. We’re super excited and happy to have this service done for us including the take down in spring time with storage in bins; it looks amazing and would highly recommend this company. The Christmas season will be bright and beautiful!

For the last 5 years I have had Shack Shine Barrie wash my interior and exterior windows every spring and fall. They always do an amazing job, they’re on time and very professional.They have also done my Christmas lights the last few years. My house is the brightest on the block. We look forward to adding more lights every year!
