While Kristy was working in Calgary she was my hearing practitioner at Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology. I always enjoyed working with Kristy as she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was familiar with all hearing product lines and would insure that you were completely satisfied with any purchase. Demos, and adjustments if needed, were always provided and with the clients complete satisfaction in mind. Kristy and her team were extremely professional, courteous and followed all health safety guidelines while fitting me for my custom molded ear plugs. Over the years, I noticed how difficult it seemed for people to admit any loss of hearing. Now a senior, I found myself wondering whether I was experiencing any changes. When my son informed me that Kristy, one of my former students, had established her practice in Winnipeg, I made an appointment to see her, not knowing what to expect.The day of the appointment, I was warmly greeted by Jean, the administrative assistant. I took my father-in-law to Ear Architects where we experienced friendly, efficient service. Kristy made numerous house visits to fit the hearing aides as it was difficult to transport Sid to and from visits. She handled processing all paperwork. I highly recommend her services.
