Lucie was great with explaining all the features of the chairs/massagers and also gave us a favourable option for financing as we had a large purchase.

Good service at store front but customer service after purchase isn't as easy to deal with. Love the chairs; got the jolly massage pad but the unit does not seem as strong as the unit I tried at store level. Price is a bit higher than the average but quality is better than the average.

Came here at Fairview Mall Osim location to purchase a leg massager for my mother-in-law 70th birthday. The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by friendly customer service representative. They explained to us the products thoroughly and the best thing is there’s a promotion going on. Definitely recommend.

OMG!! What a wonderful experience, the staff, their knowledge and of course their amazing whole body wellness products. I have been going for full body massages for my entire adult life and know how important it is for your overall wellbeing. And I was amazed to find a massage chair that actually feels like the real thing. And the OSIM representatives had great understanding of the products, they ask questions to get an understanding of your needs and issues are and listen to your answers. I am disappointed with their service. While delivering my UDream massage chair, they left a deep scratch on my hardwood floors. Osim pushed the responsibility to their delivery company to deal with me and the delivery company is a small business who said while Osim makes thousands of dollars on the sale of a massage chair, they only get paid a couple hundred dollars for a delivery and therefore they can’t afford to compensate me. I can’t believe this is the service I get for paying $20k for a top of the line product. This company takes zero accountability and does not care about the customer after the sale!

Tried couple options and ended up with this uLove2 model.Programmed sequences options and can also select manually to enhance whichever part one wants to do. Heating fxn, hand and foot part too. Tried this model for about 10 mins, feel like been doing those deep massage for almost an hr.In all, should ever consider a massage chair or upgrade for you life! Go and make a try first!

We fell in love with the Deluxe Osim massage chair for our home, my wife and I were only intended to look for a shoulder massage, but we ended up buying the Deluxe Osim. Our salesperson, Lucie, was very accommodating and helpful. She answered all of our questions and persuaded us to purchase the chair rather than the shoulder massage as it could be used all over the body. We bought one since we were impressed by the massage chair's performance during the showroom demonstration. Our sales representative were extremely knowledgable, positive, amiable, listened and concerned about our interests. Overall, it was a pleasant and highly positive experience.
