Speech Therapy Works was wonderful to work with from the first day my daughter started. our therapist, was always so enthusiastic and patient with our daughter. She made sure she had fun during every session so she was always very excited to see her. She would always incorporate toys and games into their sessions which really made her feel happy. She was also very willing to participate and listen to sessions because of her great approach and wonderful demeanor.

I have tried many, many tutoring services and no one even made a dent in my son's ability to improve on his language classes. These services include Kumon, Sylvan ect.Since I have been with Speech Therapy works my son has gone up one full grade in his language and is continuing to climb up in his grades. I am kicking myself for not finding Speech Therapy works sooner, if I did then my son would be a straight A+ student in language by now.This company works and really cares for the welfare of their students. Our tutor is kind and firm at the same time. She is truly amazing!!Very Happy now and will continue with them for as long as my son needs the support. Just AMAZING!

On Sept 13. 2022.I called to get more information and talk to someone on the phone cause I was still confused how the first session would work. As this is our first time looking for a speech therapist outside of the regular school that provides one.I asked Whether to book with a communicative disorder specialist or speech language pathologist as I needed more clarification.The person on the phone could’ve informed me she was busy and will get back to me later in the day. Each question I asked her, I can hear her sighing and huffing and puffing and wanted to get off the phone. Even when I was not done talking, she kept talking over me and kept saying ok bye. Ok bye, Kept wanting to hang up.I was looking for a speech therapist for my brother who has special needs and wanted to make sure someone was home with him during his first session. (Video call) I asked for a weekend availability or the following week and she said no ( I don’t even know if she checked or not)How are you guys providing communication and speech sessions when your staff don’t even know how to communicate well via email or phone calls?A child with a learning disability needs more patience but your staff has none.

The CSR I was speaking with was Kyle. There was a communication issue which resulted in not getting booked for an appointment. Afterwards, I followed up with them twice to schedule an appointment but no one responded. Their lack of response is unprofessional.Lowering my review from a 3 to a 2. Due to the unprofessional response from the owner.Here is my response to the owner:You haven't recieved an e-mail communication from Mimi Dymes because I used my Hotmail email address. Alternatively I could of assisted someone who was reaching out to Speak Therapy Works.Nonetheless, instead of refuting the name of the person that contacted you, you can provide me with an alternative email to address my concerns to a manager directly instead of publicly.

Honestly I was struggling to find a speech pathologist and through reviews I chose Speech Therapy Works. I love the service I have received from Eileen. I love the fact that she brings in different toys to play with son to use that as interaction piece. My son actually started saying his first as car" after 3 sessions with her. As well

I did not receive a service from them so can't comment on the speech therapy part but they are very poor in communication via email or phone call. They have a very limited capacity in services as well, so they only gave me one option for one appointment, no flexibility in time or day, which we could not make it.

We're blessed to have had Michelle as our therapist. She's such a joy to work with. The principles, techniques, and specific homework she has given us to practice every week have changed the way we help our son pick up language. Most importantly, these things work. They're fun and effective. Our son has shown a substantially higher rate of language learning by the end of our 2.5 months with Michelle. She has made a real difference. We have nothing but gratitude. Highly highly recommended!

We are so happy we found Michell at Speech therapy works. She was so patient with my girls. My little ones was not able to recognize words and sounds in the beginning, after a fews session with Michell she was able to read and recognize words and was very motivated. She show lots of confident in her reading and writing. All thanks to you Michell! The kids favorite parts is when Michelle rewards them with a game. Great practice for saying the words and having fun at the same time. We will definitely resume our sections in the fall.Thanks Michell!

Evaine was assigned to us after initiating via email. She is EXCELLENT. We have a weekly Monday spot. Consistently and evaine’s hard work has resulted in language explosion for my late talker. We are so thankful

My son has worked closely with Megan from Speech Therapy Works. I have seen tremendous progress and I believe it has a lot to do with our therapy. She is patient, goal focused, listens to your concerns and applies her knowledge well into our sessions. I am glad we found her!
