I’ve been a business owner for 29 years now, and one of my pet peeves is customer service. No amount of money spent on advertising is as valuable as good customer service. Yesterday I walked into a big name fastener company looking for what should have been quite an easy fix for my problem, I left disappointed because there was very little effort to solve my problem because I wasn’t placing a huge order. I understand my order wasn’t going to make them money this time, but that’s short sighted thinking. K2 restored my faith by finding a solution in about two minutes, this is a company I will definitely go back to and make sure I recommend to anyone looking for fasteners. Thanks again!!!!

Amazing place. The lady at the front was awesome to deal with! I brought a boat mirror and they were able to match a bolt and nut I needed that I couldn't find at 3 other bolt stores
