This location is absolutely awful. The staff need to be trained better. I am done with this location and won't be coming back. This is the third time that they have forgotten to put cheese on the sandwich through an online order. It's honestly laughable that they ask for a tip when they underperform so well.

Consistently fast and friendly service. You request them to build your own sandwich with the numerous ingredients they have on hand at a reasonable price. And you earn reward points if you download and use their app for your smartphone. What more can you expect from this chain for the price point?

Really professional handling our needfor sandwich trays. Forget about Costco.Food was fresh, beautifully presented and although the delivery was a tad late their product more than satisfied our 100 guests.Will definitely order again with confidence!

Tried charging me extra if I wanted more than 6 veggies on my order. I eat Subway at least 2-3 times a week and no location ever charged extra for veggies. This franchise is obviously trying to skimp the customer.

They screwed up the order, when I clearly stated I wanted white cheddar my spouse wanted new habanero cheese she put it on both through my spouse noticed after she toasted it and she tried to insist it only mildly spicy I think she repeated herself 3 times, then gave us a dirty look because I wouldn’t keep the spicy cheese she scraped it off with the bacon and because it was toasted the meat was still spicy. I wouldn’t recommend this subway. I’m not going back. The one downtown had better service.

When did subway get so expensive? Bought a foot long and 2 fountain drinks, with tip (which is ridiculous for fast food) it was $30!
