My family and I have been purchasing travel tickets through Agnes for over 14 years. She is my go to person as I know without a doubt, that we will get the best tickets at the cheapest price. Agnes is extremely professional, she remembers your name and cares about her clients. She is extremely efficient and responsive. I have been telling all my friends and family to seek her should they ever wish to travel and would highly recommend speaking to her first if you’re searching for travel tickets.

Used to work with them a while ago and they were good. Recently they've developed quite bad customer service (specifically talked to nick). I chose to hang up and do it online.

Don't go here... If you do don't work with Nick.... We are travelling as a family and he put us all I'm different rows and different seats. He's clearly just looking to make a quick buck. Sometimes common sense isn't even given to the lowest of humans, which is sad to say the least.

The manager “Milad” is not respecting his costumers. I called several times because my ticket was canceled and they didn’t inform me that and when I called he was yelling and saying why you are calling so much!!!! They are not honest at all. Don’t ever book with them.

This travel agency shows a high level of professionalism as well as patience. The agent I spoke with was very polite and made sure that she met all of our needs and expectations for our trip. Very well done!BY THE WAY, they don't only speak English but they also speak french AND the majority speak Arabic too!
