Vivid Lumen Industries

I ordered h8 xenon bulbs through vivid lumen, and there was a mixup in the order and h7 bulbs ended up getting sent out, the made it right and made sure to send out the correct bulbs and not charge me for them or for shipping. Also, they told me to keep the other bulbs for the headache.. luckily I noticed it was the wrong bulbs before I went to do the install . But I highly recommend this company, the customer service is great, they stand by their product, and so far from what I’ve seen their bulbs are high quality.

Purchased a set of Era7 LED headlights for my Jeep Wrangler JK. Took 15 minutes to install with 2 screwdrivers and no troubles and WOW. For the price the difference over stock headlights is incredible! Great beam pattern, lights go everywhere you need them to go. 100% recommend these I will definitely be getting the matching fog light set.. One thing to note with these lights is you do always have to keep your lights turned on so they do not flicker as I do not have the anti-flicker connection but no problems at all

I've owned a set of LED headlights on my 2017 Tacoma since new. Never had any issues or problems, great service and answered all my questions. Now in 2021 I was in an accident and had to replace them as my headlights were smashed. Same great service, same quality parts, it was a no brainer for me. You pay a little more for better quality and service. I would recommend them every time.

My new HID headlights on my Jeep Wrangler worked great for a short period then they failed repeatedly! Although they tried their best to resolve the flickering and total light failure they were unable to resolve my issue. A word of warning, whatever you do hang onto your OEM lights and all associated parts! I was expecting these lights to last a lifetime and my decision to throw the old parts out cost me $400. My experience with vivid lumen was fantastic. I had a few concerns in regards to my order, and Ryan Klassen was phenomenal to deal with. upon receiving the products I ordered, the pods felt durable and of higher quality than what I paid.Very much looking forward to having these parts installed and dealing with vivid lumen in the future!

Vivid Lumens is definitely a company I'd recommend. Why? Lets seeQuality on point, Brightness on point, Customer service? Amazing! I bought their new FNG series yellow or amber (your choice) fog lights for my arc one industries bumper. These do not disappoint at all. Pictures are never going to do justice but it gives you a great idea of how wide the spread is and how bright they are. I can drive home with just these if I wanted to. They do amazing and I can't wait to see how they perform for the winter! Thanks vivid and it was great meeting a bunch of you at AOA expo. Keep up the great work and I hope to buy more from yall soon!

I ordered a pair of headlights for my truck with the blacked out background. Received one black and one chrome after waiting a week. Box said it was made in China even though the company claims they’re made in Canada using domestic and foreign OEM parts. HeadLights looked cheap and the box they shipped in was nearly paper thin. I was sent shipping labels to return the head lights and eventually after a while they sent me the pair of blacked out ones. I put them on the truck and what’s disappointment, the low beam is extremely weak and the high beam is ok but obviously you can’t drive on high beams the whole time. I contacted the seller which is BTS and they told me I have to aim my lights which I tried everything but it’s still very very weak, if it’s raining or snowing you will not see anything at all even with the high beams. Long story short, unless you live 5 miles from this place don’t waste your money on buying this because most likely you’ll be disappointed and dissatisfied with this cheap Chinese products they have. Yes they will let you return if you’re not satisfied but once you do they’ll inspect it and find the smallest scratch to take out from what you paid. If you live in the USA do not waste your money and effort on these cheap lights. If you live in Canada make sure you’re within driving distance of the store. I’m giving 2 stars because the guys are polite. I would like to be clear that this is my experience with the KW T680 headlight. I cannot speak for the rest of their lights.

I just wanted to say that Vivid Lumen has been the best company that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I ordered some lights from them and when I had realized that I ordered the wrong item, Ryan at Vivid helped me out in the best possible way to get everything sorted out. I am so happy with the FNG 3 lights that I installed for my fog lamps, they have such a nice build quality, easy to install and they are so bright! Awesome lights got the fng 5 for my jeep 4xe rubicon.what I’m not excited about was the brackets I bought to mount them on cowl.they need to get beefed up cuz the lights just shook bad on them had to buy kc brand heavy duty mounting bracket’s to make it work
