Got good advice on a helmet for my scooter

Excellent.

Amazing customer service and the best products.

Bought a new snowboard, boots and bindings from them. Best stock in the Region (including of the big box stores). They were super knowledgable and helpful. I had to exchange both boots and bindings (because I decided I wanted a smaller size) and they were really accommodating. Would definitely shop there again.

Truthfully, I would have to agree with the less than favourable reviews on here. The customer service I experienced was poor and uninspired. I called asking for some direction on climbing gear, and since they don't sell it, they had no interest in pointing me in the right direction.The complacent attitude of the individual that answered the phone should have been a dead give-away to me in regards to what to expect when looking for customer service, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have trusted my instincts. Oh well, on the bright side, they don't sell what I am after, so I won't be subjected to that substandard customer service experience again.

Horrible customer services.The guy simply doesn't care.

Lousy customer service after the sale. Had to go elsewhere to get help for with a simple problem. Retail 101, never let an unhappy customer leave your store without some sort of resolution because they will tell others.
