Absolutely thrilled with my Vive MediSpa experience. I am elated with how natural my appearance and skin appear. Dr. Nayan listened to my goals and gave me personalized therapy. She and her team are excellent and I'll be returning for their bespoke care.

I was referred to Dr. Nayan after a traumatic experience for a consultation to see if she would be able to repair the damage to my nose. From the moment I stepped into the office I was treated with dignity and respect. Louann was very reassuring and comforting. Dr. Nayan was kind and professional. Explained what was going on with my nose and what she could do to repair it. The whole process was very overwhelming for me but these two wonderful professionals made it seem effortless. The bandages came off today and the results are amazing! I cannot thank Dr. Nayan enough for all that she did before, during and after surgery!

Dr. Nayan is extremely kind and professional. I asked for a somewhat rejuvenated look, nothing excessive. Although I have intentions of further pursing my skin care and perhaps a more noticeable change in my face, I am satisfied with the results from the treatments performed by Dr. Nayan, and would recommend her rejuvenation treatments for anyone who is looking for a fresher look!

Dr. Nayan and Louann are a wonderful team! I have been seeing Dr. Nayan for over one year and I love my experience here. Dr. Nayan is so knowledgeable and competent and Louann is friendly and helpful. In addition I have found them both to be very accommodating to last minute schedule changes. My first time getting Botox done and I had a wonderful experience at Vive MediSpa. I saw Brooke who did my Botox treatment and she was exceptional and I loved my results, I’ll definitely be back for more.

This doctor may very well be fantastic at her job however I will never get to experience this. Her receptionist is without a doubt the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. My family doctor referred me to doctor Nayan to help with a skin condition that I have been dealing with. After calling and emailing pictures of my condition, never meeting her she prescribed a cream over the phone which I was told later by another physician to stop immediately!Trying to get in to see this doctor in person is laughable, you have to negotiate your way past this dreaded receptionist! Months with no communication and she calls me less than 48hrs before my scheduled appointment to notify me of it. I am a shift working emergency service worker with 2 children, I can't just drop everything to get to your clinic with less than 48hrs notice!While trying to get in to see another doctor for my condition I confused Dr Nayans receptionist call for a different doctors call and requested to not be followed by Dr Nayan by accident. After calling to explain my mistake to the receptionist she informed me that I will now need another referral from my doctor and start at square one. I'm sure this was the highlight of this woman's miserable week!!!Dr Nayan is not the only one who offers this service, it's really unfortunate that her receptionist thinks she can treat people this way.

I have been having botox and fillers done for about 9 years now. During that time I have had some bad experiences and some good ones. 6 months ago while visiting family in Cambridge my sister introduced me to Dr. N. What a find she is! She is a face and neck surgeon and certainly knows the anatomy of a face. She has an obvious passion for helping us look our best. Her products are top quality as is her ability to guide me through a plan to look fresh yet natural which has really boosted my self-confidence. Since finding this clinic, no other shall touch my face. I feel fabulous dawling - thank you Dr. N!
