Great experience! We were needing to have our walkways and stairs pressure washed and Ian was able to have one of his staff over to our home quickly. One half of one of my gutters fell down at a diagonal angle. This company were able to pull it back up , repair the crack and do improvements to the roof drainage. They saved me a large amount of money as otherwise I would have had to have the Gutter people come to do a new gutter with a minimum charge of $700. In addition this company did a marvelous and meticulous job of cleaning all the moss off the roof and cleaning the gutters. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. Very responsive and good problem solvers. I would strongly recommend them.

We recently hired Home Smart Home Services to pressure wash our driveway and decks. After seeing the project and quoting on the work, Ian also made some great suggestions about sealing and oiling the surfaces after they were clean. Ian was kind enough to source out the recommended products and bring us samples we could try. The work was completed on time, on budget and in the most professional manner you could hope for. Home Smart Home Services will be an important part of our home maintenance team going forward.
