Great guys at Line-X Niagara. Rick and Joe really know their stuff. They give great advice and don't try to push things on you that you don't need. They even downsell if it's in the customer's best interest.Had our 2 trucks in for spray-in bedliners and Lomax tonneau covers and both came out perfect.I'd rather have them do it than the factory. I would highly recommend them for all your truck needs without hesitation.

Great customer service and they explain the product to you. They don't try to push a sale. Shoot the guy i was dealing with even suggested using a piece of wood. If they were all about sales they would of never suggested that i showed him the box extender i wanted which you can only get from the factory, thats when he said just use a piece of wood. They are fantastic, I will always deal with them for accessories for my truck. These are the running boards i bought there and installed myself, they explained how to do the install so I could save. Getting a tonneau cover and a bed extender once i get them will post pictures here if i can get back to this post

As other reviews have stated, the staff here is awesome. Very friendly and professional and they do a fantastic job. Had my 2018 F150 sprayed with their premium bedliner and it looks amazing. I've seen a lot of bedliners sprayed right over the bolt heads in the bed but these guys did not do that which is indicative of their superb attention to detail. They installed a Flipbak G2 tonneau cover as well and aligned it perfectly and ran the drain hoses neatly. Couldn't be happier with the service here and the product of course stands on its own reputation. If you're looking for a bedliner or other truck accessories, I highly recommend LINE-X Niagara.

Not much else I can say about Joe and the team at Line X Niagara. I read all the reviews and brought my new truck to them without hesitation. I was talking to Joe about how I had removed my antenna and was looking for options for shorter profile antenna's, he not only quoted me various options but to my surprise he stopped in at the ford delear and picked me up some OEM plugs until I decided which antenna I was going to get. Can't say enough positive things about the customer service and the quality of the product exceeded all my expectations. Thanks so much guys,keep up the great work

Living in Niagara provides lots of options for spray on bedliners, and after a bad experience on my last truck...I decided to do a little research. After to speaking to many friends, colleagues and dealerships...Niagara LineX seemed to be the most recommended of the bunch. Let me say, they were not wrong. Joe and Rick really go the extra mile and know their craft well. I was very impressed with the personal service and the final job was far above any Ive had with many of my company trucks over the years. Its the small things and time taken to make it an OEM level finish. Also they gave me a great deal on some new floor mats for my new F150. Even if you are out in Burlington/Hamilton way...its worth the drive to St.Catharines LineX.
