Staff is very friendly and helpful, store is kept clean and tidy, lots of selection for all woman different shapes and sizes.

Just phoned the sSurrey Warehouse One asking questions and inquiring Payton was helpful friendly and patient with me. How exciting to have excellent customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. Thank you Payton will be coming to your store and purchasing.

I drove all the way to the only lower mainland location to find that it was impossible to try any clothing on as 2 of the 4 change rooms were closed (why?) and the other 2 were being used by couples who left one partner inside while the other kept exiting, finding more clothes and returning to try them on...over and over and over. Finally, I left the clothes I wanted to buy and walked out! I appreciate the apology from the lone employee in the store, but my only response was to shrig and say, You lost a sale.""

Never picks up phone.I’m so sorry, this was the wrong store I had thought it was JohnStar the clothing store beside this store as they were not picking up calls for a return and the name got confused. This was a mistake.My sister had actually bought from warehouse and was extremely happy with the service from the manager and another staff. The two females in the store were polite and friendly

Good quality clothing for decent price, cute styles. Unfortunately, I won't be buying again as I live in Vancouver and if you want to return you either have to return in store to Surrey or Langley OR you have to return ship to Winnipeg. Return shipping cost me $23 for a pair of joggers! Very inconvenient return policy = lost my business

This place has really gone downhill over the last couple month. Complete staff change - where did everyone go? Now the environment is not a fun one to shop in. No one talks to you at all, no one seems like they don't want to be there.I can see why these stores are closing.

I want to give 5 stars but I cannot. I witnessed abuse between staff on the open floor.the Blond white woman on the floor was so unprofessional towards her fellow co-worker in front of me a first time shopper.I did however have a epic experience with the staffer by the name Kristy. She attended to me and made my time enjoyable. She was amazing which is why I will return and shop there again.. but only when that staffer is on site.I think it's disgusting that the blond tall white lady was unprofessional towards her fellow coworker for NO reasonopenly shouting over the floor about her smoke break. glaring what I can only describe as wishing for her co-workers head to explode... making the space feel super uncomfortable.She hovered like a creep while I was asking the epic staffer if she felt the fit of the clothes looked good on me. barely even looked at ME the customer.she glared with pure hatred in her eyes towards the staffer helping me... making me feel like I was about it be in between some hostile event about to take place.the staffer Kristy who was helping me handled this unprofessional blond woman .. like a PRO... despite the hostile attitude and looks of disgust being tossed at her while doing her job.I want to support this amazing staff Kristy and I hope the other woman is fired or moved to a different location.customers should not be witness to abuse between employees.That blond tall woman.. openly displayed her pure hatred towards the only other staff on the floor.It was gross. I even emailed the company about this staffer.outside of the gross behavior of the blond... the store it selfrather epic. their range in sizes made it easy to shop. The prices are LOWER than Torrid.edit UPDATE !!!!!this company is amazing. they contacted me from all reps I contacted and made me feel soooo seen.The management team is very impressive and professional !if you ever have an issue ... and you reach out to them... they will contact you very quickly !!!
