Kristen was very helpful and knowledgeable and she made the process of selecting tiles and all of the right components stress-free and enjoyable. From the inspiring displays to the assortment and selection, to the stock availability and timelines and even the staff that helped us to load our car each step of the purchase was excellent.

I have used Factory Tile Depot on more than one occasion. They are excellent to deal with. Kristen, Sandra and the rest of the staff are always very helpful, especially when I was struggling with too many family opinions on which tile to chose. Their patience with me was much appreciated.

When choosing tile it is an exciting experience as there are so many amazing possibilities. When I entered the store I was not greeted with a smile or a hello.The ladies behind the counter looked too busy to bother helping customers.When I asked for help the woman looked annoyed. She warmed up when she could see I had samples of my kitchen with me.I took some store samples home and returned them a few days later after leaving a deposit and was not even asked if I was interested in ordering.These staff members need intense training in customer service and sales.The showroom is beautiful but doesn’t reflect the attitude of the staff.There are many places to shop for tiles and I will go elsewhere.

Kristen was more than helpful assisting me with finding checkered tile flooring. Any question I had, she was able to assist. Not only would I return for the product, but I'd absolutely return for the exceptional service I received from Kristen. Thank you!
