Took my senior mother in to get her hair cut. When she went home several people commented on why her hair was not cut on one side of her head. She asked for pixie cut n lady left part of it long n uncut. Mom didn't notice it because stylist slicked it back. Mom is so disappointed and out the money. Today she has gone elsewhere to get it corrected. Will never recommend the Bowmanville location again.

worst haircut ever and worst service ive ever experienced. I used to come to this salon to get my hair cut by Alex, alex was amazing and so welcoming. The lady that cut my hair did not co-operate for what i wanted she just started cutting and assuming thats how i wanted my hair, she rushed it and took the apron off of me and said “next time I’ll have to cut this shorter” meaning she was done cutting my hair. there were parts u could clearly tell were not cut and was completely horrible. she also seemed annoyed with me for saying i wanted the sides shorter then procceeded cutting the top and back. This lady seemed as if she was just winging the haircut. She would also comb my hair over agressively as it hurt. i will not be coming back here with the way i was just treated. after that i went to great clips across the streat to get it fixed. i work fast food with minimum wage pay and would never treat someone like thag even if they were rude to me! worst customer service ever also i never got her name but it was on jan 6th 2023 just after 6:20pm. she shouldnt be cutting anyone elses hair!

I went in looking for a change, and I had an idea in my head. I told Jessica about what I wanted, and she got to work. She absolutely NAILED it, and I am in love with my new hair! She is always extremely professional, and always friendly and down to earth. She is the only one my son will allow to cut his hair, and same with myself. Jessica has been an absolute angel everytime we go in, and I will continue to let her have her way with my hair! I've never trusted someone so much with my hair, as she is the only one to never let me down! 10/10 recommend!

I took my 14 month old here for a haircut and the lady who did his haircut did not listen to my requests at all. I asked her to trim the sides and back and leave the top long. She cut ALL of his hair. She did not follow instructions. Honestly SO DISAPPOINTED with the services here. We did not have a good experience and will not be back.

I made an appointment with Jessica. Not only did she listen to exactly what I wanted but she went above and beyond when it came to making me feel comfortable. She got really excited when I told her she can do what she wants with colour and let me tell you she went so far above what I ever thought was possible for my own hair. I walked out with the biggest smile and the best hair, cut and colour I have ever had. Needless to say she is now my go to and I will always return for her services!!

Had an unpleasant experience with Erum. She completely ruined my hair. Please do not let her touch hair again. Thankfully I was refunded and had my hair fixed by a lovely employee named Shae.

Received a haircut so bad, I will be wearing a hat for a few weeks at least. The blend line on the fade is at least 2” higher on one side than the other. My sideburns were at least 1/4” longer than the hair above. The neck is squared off really odd. Coworkers were literally laughing at how bad it is. Given the entire disjointed, unorganized experience I am sceptical the young “hairstylist” has any actual formal training and should not be doing anything but buzzcuts….except that won’t work since their clippers were stalling out and getting stuck in my hair over and over again. All around bizarre experience.

Visited the salon and had an appointment with Alex, absolutely phenomenal service! Very informative when answering questions about recommended products and absolutely the most professional. Listened to all my requests about my hair and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I really couldn't have picked a better stylist to book an appointment with! I have never been this happy with my hair before and will definitely continue to book with Alex for cuts and colours!

Booked an appointment for a buzzcut with Frista, and she was great. I really appreciate her trying to convince me to go with a #1, but I ended up getting what I wanted. I should've gotten her to tidy up my beard while I was there. Next time she's available, I will happily book again anytime.
