Quality has went severely downhill to the point of non existence after switching over to sail from captain black. Over the last 2 years 90%+ of the cigars I get are unsmokeable. Packed too tight, rolled too tight, tears/rips/holes in the papers, tips fall off, stale, premature, just to name a few of the problems. They are more expensive now than ever and every time I purchase I am always left angry that I couldn’t smoke it and end up throwing it away. How is there no quality control, they take peoples money and the purchaser gets nothing in return. I feel robbed and I want all my money back at this point.
