Elba Windows & Doors did an amazing job! We are fully satisfied with the end result! All our old rotten wood windows/patio door were replaced from brick to brick in a very clean way!

Unprofessional! They never showed up to do the job they quoted. Even after calling every day for 2 weeks. We were lied every day that someone will show up, but no one did and in the end we were told that they will not do the job. The worst customer service ever! Because of them we had to wait almost 1 month with a broken glass door.

Redid the windows in our house as we are doing basement renos and the quality and service was a 5/5! I also had a custom stained glass window done for one of the antique living room windows (the house was built in 1920) and it turned out better than I imagined! Highly recommend for your next renovation project!

Excellent service ! Double front and Double back all in one visit. After reviewing three other companies they were the best price for product. Came and measured and a second time as we had a unique door way. 4 hours to install, clean-up and remove all trash. Excellent all around. Recommend them tremendously.

I'm a first time home buyer and just purchased a new house. Several of the windows had condensation inside and one of the windows had a crack. Ralf was extremely helpful explaining to me what caused the damage and what type of window I would need to prevent it from happening in the future.Since they manufacture their own windows they were able to build me custom windows for my needs at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Right until they installed my last window, they did a very good job. Unfortunately (for me as the consumer and for them receiving only 3 stars) the last window installation was unsatisfactory. The interior of the arch of the window was finished with plywood. When inquired I was told to finish it myself. The installer said what's the big deal?" According to them

We have done work with Elba Windows & Doors on 3 separate occasions. We started our relationship with the company about 5 years ago when our front door needed to be replaced and have reached out every time since. The staff is knowledgeable, punctual and precise. Leonard is readily available, always approachable and has a keen eye to detail. During the installation process they were accommodating to our schedule, they were on time and the job was done with a high degree of professionalism. Leonard dropped by the house several days after installation to observe the quality and work of his staff. This is the kind of customer service that is hard to come by. We would strongly recommend them!

I have Elba installed two doors for me, they did a quality job. Although the waiting time was somehow painful due to the logistic and supply chain issue, George and Leonard are both good guys to deal with and they are eager to resolve the problem for you.

Years ago we had Elba replace our front door and a few windows. Excellent quality and they have withstood the test of time.Recently we were in the market for a few more window replacements. Naturally thought of Elba. Leonard came out, looked at the job, quoted us a price and said it would be done in 4 weeks. We agreed quickly and waited patiently.I had to call Leonard maybe 4 or 5 times to ask what was taking so long. He always had an excuse saying there were other jobs, staff unavailable, etc. We felt like our job kept getting postponed so other customers could get their work done. Did our job not matter. We ordered things in early May and the 1 hour installation finally got completed in mid August.I assume their service was strained because of Covid. The quality was great. This is a good company but I can't say my recent experience was positive.

Amazing work by Elba. We replaced all the windows in our house. From the very beginning of the process the whole team was very transparent and helpful. The installation itself was very clean and the whole thing was done in a day. Cannot recommend more.
