Regarding your reply to Kyle Legault’s review…Defamation?, Really? You’re fortunate that he doesn’t post the email exchange online for all to see. Your claim that you have voice recording of the transaction? We would love to hear those if you do in fact have them, because if you did make them public or even let us hear them, then you would clearly see how your employee told us (I was there and a witness) that we could come back later that day to return the cleats after we clearly told him that we would be shopping around that day and made it clear that was our intention…and he told us he could not put them on hold for us. Any human being with honesty and courtesy would have told us right then and there that if we purchased the cleats that we could not come back that day to return them for money. We are a young family with very limited income, my husband hasn’t bought himself a new pair of cleats in years and has been playing on ripped ones until we could save to shop around for new ones for his birthday.The dishonesty (at worst), lack of knowledge (at best) from your employee working that day, and the way he basically swindled us into buying something we could not return (by not being upfront and disclosing your policy)and then very unprofessionally not replying to my husbands thoughtful and earnest emails asking for an exception to take the cleats back. It’s left such a bad taste in our mouth. Also, you are a business, it’s our right to leave a review of your business here online. It’s our right to warn others, for you to come back and say he is defaming you?If you can’t handle the criticism maybe do better and change your return policy because I can see we aren’t the only ones not impressed by your policy. You should have taken my husbands criticism a bit more seriously seeing as how he has played soccer his entire life, premier and several men’s leagues for decades, is a gym teacher with a long career in sport ahead of him. So disappointing for honest hard working people to bring their hard earned dollars to your business and be left with nothing to show for it.Enjoy the free money we donated to you, could have used that for diapers and food for our baby. It's a small clean sports store. Staff very friendly and they carry quite a bit of everything for soccer fans. Prices are reasonable. So go and check it out for yourself or check out their website. Free shipping to the store ⚽️

I’ve walked into this place a couple times and each time I’ve gotten the worst costumer service.I use to go to school across the road and I would go in the check out some cleats and I was never treated well.After I posted this review they have gone to my business and left a bad review although I’ve never worked with them.It’s sad…

Frustrating hours of operation. They rarely answer the phone when they’re open. So, you go on their website to look for the hours of operation and see that they’re open. You drive 20 minutes to see for yourself if they have something in stock, but are instead greeted with the fact that the store isn’t open because a few inches of snow fell that day.Rude and condescending. Extremely disappointing customer service. Legitimately some of the very worst I’ve ever encountered in this city. I will never give them a single dollar of my money or waste any amount of effort to visit this store.I’m convinced that La Liga Soccer is as highly rated as it is because they’ve gotten their friends and family to give them 5/5 stars. This place isn’t even average - the selection stinks and the “effort” feels lazy and part-time at best.

Nice lil shop with decent pricing. Selection in store seems limited so might be best to check out their site & order from there. Very helpful service instore tho.

Went in looking for a pair of cleats, the staff were super helpful and friendly, assisting me in finding a suitable pair of cleats!

tl;dr - if this store sells you a defective or broken product, do not expect a refund or exchange, or anything remotely close to customer service. They also may have knowingly sold you the defective or broken product.Purchased high quality goalkeeper gloves online, shipped a week after the order was confirmed. After unboxing and removing the plastic covering on the latex, I noticed there was a tear in the stitching immediately after putting the gloves on the first time. I contacted La Liga asking it I could exchange them as these were clearly defective.Here I was told that they do not offer exchanges for defective products and told me to contact the supplier (they gave a wrong number, I might add). No where in their return policy do they say this. The only mention of defective product is a restocking fee may also apply for non-defective returned items"

Specialized store with a relatively small inventory. However, there were clothes and shoes at many price points. The service was a little lack-luster. I felt she didn't think I would buy anything. For example, I had to ask for the other shoe to try on...

Very poor selection in every respect. Better yet, the stock they do have in store is so expensive! Beware of return policy as they will only return for in-store credit. Would not recommend.
