Icecream is the best, and the staff are always really friendly. My only issue is that the promotional flavours are always out, even though they are being advertised on a road sign around the corner. If you can't keep stock then stop advertising flavours you don't haveEdit: my last freshpack was covered in chunks of ice and had lots of air in the pack. Double check your fresh packs!

I really enjoy coming here.Who doesn't like ice cream, am I right?They offer an incredible selection of flavours here. 31 to be exact and one flavour of the months making it 32 in total.Not only do they serve ice cream, they also have a small selection of sorbet to choose from.You can purchase tubs of ice cream to take home.fra freezer section, or take home a frozen cake.They make birthday cakes to order also made of ice cream.They also have a huge selection of ice cream based drinks and sundaes. Yum!The staff is always attentive and polite here.I've had many a friendly conversation with a staff member.The place is clean and open late for those summer,evening walks when having an icecream cone would make the perfect end to a beautiful day.Way to Go Baskin Robbins!*If you like my reviews, please hit the like button.

The personalized cake you order online will not look the same upon pick up. Reduce your expectations since most flavours are unavailable and the decor will be different.

The worst customer service. The Asian lady at the counter was so rude while servicing us .. will never ever come back to this location again

Flavours are good, cones are good. Pricing is bad.Our cone's were not filled at all, you pay extra for the waffle cone, and 90% of it is air. Very disappointed for the price, will not return

Went on april 21st, 2023. Absolutely awful service, the server screamed at me when asking for a kids sundae in front of other customers making me feel extremely embarassed and treated my family poorly. Never going to support this location as they have no respect for customers and are extremely rude for no reason.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to put two scoops of ice cream in one bowl. I wanted a waffle cone so they made two when I asked and gave them away before my order!!

Everything was great! Service was what you expect and they were nice!Always a great time to come with friends and family to enjoy ice cream on a hot day!Place was kept clean as wellWe were served fast!
