Very dissapointed! I use to love going to this location. Yesterday around 6:30 7:00 went to get my usual bowl. This young indian girl with tattoo was serving me. First off she was really bussy talking about personal things with her co workers which slowed down my process of ordering my food. What i got more irritated by was she didnt even drain the beans was full of water. When i asked her you forgot to drain the beans she tells me ahh its fine look look and pointed the bowl to my face. Ive been to this location for years. When it came to add my chicken she added maybe half of spoon. Usually they atleast give me full spoon and a bit. When i asked her thats all for the chicken she proceeds to tell me thats how its been. Not even offer me more. I dont know my overall experience was very dissapointing. Will not be returning ever.

Ordered the beyond meat burrito, it was great! Hard to believe the texture is without meat in it! Love their marinated onions and fresh ingredients. We missed their weekend 2-burrito specials for a bit under $17. My bill for a burrito, churros, and soda was almost $17,Friendly service.

I go to this fastfood regularly and today, the 30th December was a horrible experience.The lady that served us was ok but her collegue a young boy was clearly sick, no mask and no gloves to make his own food, absolutely disgusting we could hear him sniff constantly.He was contaminating everything.Please wear a mask when you are sick!! This is food, and gloves to no matter what, sick or not!!!!Plus the store was so dusty like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.It doesn't make me want to go back, very disappointed.

Very bad experience. The eating area is very dirty. The workers are mostly teenagers that aren’t responsible. Only one girl helped us out and there weren’t many topping options.

Update: Ordered after two years and they are still the same. We ordered chilli lime fish bowls this time. There was hardly any fish in it but hell lot of jalapeño peppers including the seeds (check out the picture to see how many I picked out of one bowl). Our tummy hurt like hell for two days.Worst experience!! We love this chain of Tex-Mex restaurants. One at Vaudreuil-dorion is the worst. We ordered our favorite Chilli lime fish quesadilla and Nachos. Vegetables were so badly chopped (huge chunks of onions, jalapenos and cilantro was barely chopped at all) and the person who prepared our order was so disorganized, forgot to add beans to nachos, she prepared the nachos like quesadilla, it was so soggy and disgusting to eat. Never going back there.

Walked in and was laughed at by teenagers. The child like atmosphere. Made me believe something would happen to my food. Ontop of that the food looked old and looked like it hasnt been stirred in a while. And employees in a car outside were making fun and disrespectful . Never coming back and its to bad quesada in embrun is good. And as im typing this in the parking lot 2 employees come out and stare me down and take a pull on a vape. Disappointing service all around so i walked out without ordering

Overall, had a fairly good experience. The staff was really friendly and social. The food on the other hand stood a little short of my expectation. Being vegan, i had limited option, but it was fresh and tasted fine.
