Extremely poor product quality and after-sales.I ordered a programmer, it came with visible signs of tear and wear (USED) and one screw at the bottom of the unit was missing, causing the plastic of the unit to be apart. The package was NOT opened for customs inspection (the bag was sealed).I asked for refund/replacement and they told me they can send me ... extra screws.Very disappointing.
