After using this company for our shirts for almost 6 months they have not only increased their prices three fold but after messing up 2 of our orders have refused to give a refund. DO NOT ORDER shirts from them as they will be DIRECT TO GARMENT and horrible quality!

If I had read some of the comments I wouldn't dare patronizing this disappointment! They asked us to pick up an order, only to drive 45km to their warehouse and no was available. They told us they are opened between 10am and 2pm. As at 12:15 when we arrived no one was present. No sign of anyone working on Saturday. We called their pickup number several times but no one answered the phone. Run away!

By far the worst customer service -We ordered 9 hoodies for a wedding party on June 7th. The wedding is on June 17th. I am here at the depot on June 16th at 5.30pm waiting for these hoodies and the COO Terrence has come out to chat and throughout our 20 minute conversation he did not apologize once. He had the audacity to say point blank that he will not offer a full refund for the absolute lack of communication and the delay in receiving the product WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER.He has now said there is a further delay of 20 minutes. We said we would like to cancel the order and need an immediate refund, and he conveniently said he will provide the refund if we no longer need the order.COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

We're a local flooring manufacturer who makes new sweaters and knit caps nearly every year to give to our customers. We have tried using other printers around the GTA but found that Entripy has the best prices, customer service and quality out of the many we have used. We have made many orders with Entripy over the years, and the printed logos always look amazing.Attached are pictures of our most recent order, showing our logo screenprinted on a sweater, and embroidered on a knit cap. Some of our customers still wear older sweaters and hats and our logo can still be seen even after years of wear.

Our company orders stuff here with company logo sinse 2019. We got winter jackets, a couple of different summer jackets, polo shirts, etc. It is very easy to deal with, placing an order online and picking up a few days later.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY! My sister made an order for matching hoodies for a wedding for which she is the maid of honour. This order was made for June 7th and as of the date of this review, June 16th, there was no communication at all between Entripy and my sister regarding the status of my order. The bride ended up calling to check on the status of the order on the 13th and all days following and there were promises that they would follow it up and they never did.The day before the wedding, my sister called Kimberly and Michael... Both of these people promised a callback with the status of the order but a callback never came. As the clock was ticking and she was getting anxious, I went with my sister to the warehouse to personally ask them if the order was ready for pickup. We waited for at least 40 mins just to speak to someone and finally after they met us at the entrance of the warehouse, they said they hadn't EVEN STARTED on printing any of the hoodies. They then promised it would take no longer than 20 mins to print the order.We asked to speak to whoever was in charge and Terrence Henry, the CTO came out and he had the audacity to smirk as my sister aired out her complaints for their atrocious lack of customer service. No compensation, no sympathy and NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. 20 mins later, we demanded a status update and after walking in, he said it would take ANOTHER 20 mins. That was the last straw and we demanded an immediate refund and just wanted to get out of there. As we were waiting for the receipt of the refund, I asked Terrence to show us at least one of the completed hoodies. Another 10 mins later, he walks out showing us a half completed hoodie with the wrong date...I am honestly speechless.. if even the people at the top like him are so apathetic to the customer, then their promises for quality mean nothing.

Be cautious of this company, as honesty seems to escape them. I’ve been watching particular t-shirts for about 4 months, waiting for a discount code, as I missed the last one. Finally, I get an email about 20% off. But when checking, the prices are the same as they’ve been over the months, up to and including four days ago! When I call, what’s most disappointing, is they gave me a dance about prices have gone up, and the final price after the 20% off is accurate, because prices go up. The same price as 4 days ago! The same price as last month! I draw the line at honesty when dealing with any company.

Horrible print quality and even worst customer service, they will mix up the orders, sizes and then blame you for their mistakes.Also won't refund you when your order is straight up garbage. Hope who's running the business is happy loosing customers over bad service and denying refunding a couple dollars.EDIT: it's not under my name, and we already reached out to your customer service and you did nothing to fix it, so stop sending the same copy/paste response to look like you do things right cause you don't

Avoid this company for screen printed shirts". My band had a huge hassle with them trying to reorder previous designs. We made 2 orders for separate designs and they cancelled the wrong one and made it our fault (???). Now not only do we not have the designs we desired

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My band went through an incredibly time wasting negative experience since they ruined our orders. That's right. More than one.We spent hours with them on the phone and over email only to be told that *we* made the mix-up. The shirts were a re-order of an already existing design we were happy with before and we were told that they had the correct one ready to print.. instead a different design was printed... twice.... The wrong shirt was also printed straight to garment and they look like SO SO SO SO BAD! I could make better ones with materials from Michaels!We were told all of this was their mistake over the phone by their receptionists but now we've been gaslit that it is in fact our issue". Louisa was lovely on the phone and made sure we got the same cost as before
