Very happy with prices, promotions, and products. Supported me during times other places where closed with delivery options and quality customer support.*Update*During June and July 2020, the company was slow to respond to my many emails and was slow to send products.so far, I have received everything I ordered (three more orders are still pending). everything else has shipped and been received. I did get some responses from the company via email, although, it was not quick. I do trust that everything else is coming. --- updated below... He is a con artist scammer and liar.As a small business owner myself I appreciate the difficult times and hope that things get back on track.*Updated August 29*Well... Everyone else was right. Total scam artist. They totally stole my money and pretended to offer good service and support. But all lies. The owner is a bad person. Took my money when he knew full well he had no intention of sending my order. I think he belongs in jail.

Got scammed by Mister Medicinal. Placed an order in June for some nutrients and rapid rooters, and they just never shipped my order.When I emailed to get an update, it took several weeks for them to reply and when they did they said I didn’t pay. I confirmed the EMT details with them and they said they confirmed that I did pay and that they would provide me a refund that night.That was over two weeks ago.Take your hard earned money elsewhere. I’ve recently gotten a lot of texts and emails advertising sales, so I’m guessing they are going to exit scam pretty soon.Buyer beware.

Any company that goes radio silence after telling you your item will ship, but never does, tells me everything I need to know.I was emailing, texting and calling every day, leaving messages when I can, for a week with no response. **UPDATE After a week of this they finally responded saying they will cancel and refund order. However, if it wasn’t for zezzle I doubt I’d ever see my refund. Still took 2.5 weeks with a zezzle dispute to get my money back. DO NOT USE E-TRANSFER!!!I highly recommend you don’t deal with this company. What a joke to the industry and an insult to the intelligence of their customers. It’s too bad and it’s a shame this company is Canadian.I suggest you absolutely avoid etransfer. Getting that back will be near impossible. That only leaves zezzle, a pain, but at least your have an avenue to get your money back. Took me 2.5 weeks after opening a dispute with zezzle to finally get my funds back.Zero stars - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!I added a one star review on their website. I thought it was a scam for a while as I did not receive my order after nearly 2 months. They did not respond to multiple emails nor Google messages. Eventually they got back to me and refunded the order but I was stuck with no nutrients for my plants that are nearly fully grown now. They said they would ship the nutrients anyway but never did. I'm skeptical they even have any stock they just advertise low price , don't ship and then refund anyone who complains enough and keeps the rest. Pathetic excuse for a business, if you can even call it that. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Ordered a few items almost a month ago, and asked for a refund 2 weeks ago due to no updates and seeing that other people are having issues. I have asked several times for a refund, and I am still waiting for one. I have texted, and emailed all the different contact information they have provided.I would absolutely not do business here, and regret sending any money.I think this is a scam business and if other people are joining legal action against I am happy to do so.

Have been trying to contact them since beginning of May. They accepted my etransfer and never sent the product. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 months now. At the start I just wanted information about tracking my order. However, at this point I have lost hope in ever seeing my 75$ order. Looking for a full refund if anyone ever contacts me. I have sent several emails with no reply back. I have called the number that is just a recording of someone listing extensions that don’t work, and messaging them through the website got me no reply as well. Never buy from this company. What a scam!

Had my order refunded because everything they said they had they didn’t except one item. The website showed available but when ordered I received an email 3-4 days later saying it’s not available. Then was promised free samples of some products etc and the one item that they said they did have. Still haven’t received anything but a bunch of emails. I’ve had multiple orders shipped from other companies with not shipping issues. Only positive I can give from my experience were the person i spoke to was friendly. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience I did.

UPDATE 09/02/2020Now they are closed. Received email that they have closed due to the negative reviews. Funny since we all have the same complaints but they call it slander.Ordered June 15 2020. Do I have my product? NO. Do I have my 600.00 dollars back? NO! Don't deal with this company. They cancelled my order WITHOUT my request and then I was emailed by the owner explaining the error was on their end and it will be resolved overnight. Well that was 3 days ago and still no response and no refund. I've tried the chat, email, text and phone calls as per their recommendation for follow ups on orders. Still nothing.Looks great on the outside but shady on the inside. Joke to industry and an insult to customers intelligence that are in the same industry.No product and no refund. Yes to legal action though.UPDATE: AUGUST 11, no refund and no product. Last contact was July 25th from an auto email stating I just created a new order and they are waiting for another payment from me after taking my first payment and then cancelling the order.SERIOUS STAY AWAY.UPDATE: July 25th -somehow received an email that I just ordered the same item that they cancelled on me previously and waiting for refund. So the old one was cancelled but they still took my money and now I have this new order from 10 days ago requesting to send them money again. 600 gone and now they want another 600. WTH? I keep emailing and calling but no response. What is more annoying is all the auto emails that come out of this place, from rewards, savings and thanks from the owner. SHADY!!

Update Aug 8 - still nothing.Will be contacting the police and better business bureau in the owners (Braiden Hines) jurisdiction. It appears the owner has a criminal record.In my top 5 list of worst online purchasing experiences to date.Bought the gorilla grow lite tent and paid for faster shipping for a total of $185 and sent my e-transfer within 2 mins of purchase.Didn't hear anything about receipt of payment but I waited as I understand delays at this time due to COVID even though website said they would process within 12 hours and reply with shipping info.I started to inquire 5 days later to discover the phone # was out of order. Didn't get any response to Instagram DM (even thought they were posting) or email until 3 days later on July 19th. Said order would ship this week but it hasn't. Just called the new number they gave me via email and it goes to VM.I bought this tent based on the advertised info but it's not up to date and completely misleading.This isn't about being upset due to delays, it's about you setting expectation and communicating with your customers and building confidence in your brand. For a first time buyer from this company, it seems sketchy and unprofessional.I have plants that should be in a tent NOW but that may be delayed even more if they try and satisfy me by offering a refund. I don't want a refund, I want you to send out the product. It's not a nice to have, it's a need to have and if you can't make that happen then you shouldn't be an online merchant.Your online replies about giving refunds and saying to contact you if there is anything else you can do, is hollow. People want the product they buy and you are impossible to contact so it means nothing.Mixed messaging and very poor communication = very bad customer experience.Update July 27 - still nothing. Tried calling again but nobody answers the phone or replies to emails even though I wait 3 days since my last attempt as you suggest. I don't see the point of telling people your contact info has changed when you don't respond anyway.Also, why is the employee, Alexis" posting 5 stars a day ago? Seems like you are trying to fake people out with fake star reviews.You are active on Instagram today saying you won't reply to DM's and you are now offering additional discounts but won't pick up the phone?Order # 1291 - where is it? It's been since July 11."

SCAMMERSI ordered and paid 3 months ago. They wont answer the phone and wont call back. I have left many messages. They dont answer emails. Lost hope of getting my product ever or my money back. I will try PayPal next and see if I can get a refund .Again........Scammers!Order from these guys and say goodbye to your money. They send email after email saying they are way behind and promise free seeds...lol. As if, they wont even send the order I paid for. Wont answer the phone and wont return emails.UPDATEShortly after I posted this I received an email from Mr medicinal promising delivery of my order in a couple of days or the weekend at the latest" . This was on a Wednesday. They said they would send it courier to expedite my order. They also gave me a tracking number. Sounds okay........I waited for a week then checked the tracking number. It says " shipping label created" . Thats all they did.I emailed and i haven't heard back yet. It has been 12 days since they emailed and promised to send my order right away. I was hoping to update this post saying I had received my product by now. About 3.5 months now and nothing but unfulfilled promises."
