I went to an indoor entertainment center that caters to children recently. It's a secure and hygienic venue, and the staff is incredibly outstanding.Angel, in particular, provided exceptional customer service during our initial visit. She offered personalized assistance to my children and motivated them, which made it the best time for them.They had a fantastic time and are eagerly anticipating their next visit. It's a great idea to get kids away from screens and provide them with opportunities for physical activity. If you have young children, I highly suggest this location as a family outing option.

This place is great for young climbers. They have great, clean facilities. The staff is friendly and let's you explore in a safe manner.They've recently added an enclosed play area that I've found has helped our kids get used to heights.

We had a birthday party for my 6yo son here today and it was amazing! It was easy to plan, the staff was amazing and the kids had a blast! I loved that they used reusable plates too! Thank you Go Bananas!

Great place for the kids to challenge themselves. Our two children aged 12 and 8 had a great time. There are a lot of staff members on hand to help out. The kids are never waiting long to climb the wall they want. Book online so you get the time slot you would like. Make sure you bring runners for your children.

Great experience for a young climber. Afforable, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they have a variety of activities. I also appreciated the friendliness of other parents who were mindful of trachintaking turns. My toddler and I are excited to go back!

We had an awesome experience today! Paying and signing the waiver online in advance was super easy, and when we got there it was quick and easy to get my kids' harnesses on. The staff were really nice and helpful, and my kids had a blast! It wasn't too busy so there was no wait for the walls, and my kids really liked the variety of walls - some were easier, and some were harder. 1 hour is the perfect amount of time, and the price is definitely reasonable - we will be back for sure!

Awesome experience for toddlers for a private booking experience where they get to run around the area but not climb. Lots of play structures, toys, books, and things to see in a really colourful and playful atmosphere. Lots of soft mats throughout to fall and walk on. Generally very safe for the littles.Not sure what the cost was exactly for a two hour booking for a group as it was through a club, but definitely would come here again. Can’t speak to the climbing aspect but it does look like there are a lot of fun walls to climb. There are also party rooms you can rent out (mountain and beach themed rooms) for birthday parties. You have to sign a waiver for your kiddos (best done online in advance). Indoor shoes only. You can buy some snacks at the front.My only complaint is that the place could use a vacuum. There is a lot of dust and hair that has collected over time, especially around the tall black and gold towers.Good amount of parking. Nice staff. Boys and girls bathrooms available. Cubby spaces to store your bag. There are also some tables you can sit for a break to have some snacks. Nice place to have in Kitchener for kids. Right beside Grand River Rocks.

My children love this facility! We love to come here the experience is always great!Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they are super nice to the kids!.If I could come here everyday I would because my kids enjoy it so much!

We brought our son in during toddler time and the staff were excellent in helping him get comfortable with the harness and learn to love climbing! He had so much fun and j would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their toddlers interested in climbing.

Great place for the kids. Everything is in good condition, the staff is super nice, trained and really helps the kids. If you reserve your spot and see how many spots are open during the time you go, you can choose one without a lot of people and don't have to line up for the activities.
