My girlfriend came here to get a new phone and received the best customer service I have ever seen/experienced. There was an issue with changing phones and our representative Ian was beyond patient. 5 star service, if you ever have an issue Ian is your man.

I visited the queen street west store today because it was time for an upgrade. After getting the run around from one of Bell's competitors, I decided to cancel my service and join Bell.Ron was the rep that assisted me. From the moment we spoke he was confident, joyful, knowledgeable and just an all around great person.I spent about 45 minutes in the store, upgraded my device,got a great plan and amazing, top-notch, even over the top, customer service from Ron. What a great guy!

They were offering me plans without promotions or by hiding them.I was aware of the promotion since I had a chat with bell earlier.Try to avoid this store as I feel they do not have much knowledge over the product especially the sales representative Ian.

On our first visit, Rick served us and he was great. He explained patiently the difference between physical sim and e-sim for prepaid plans, and he let us picked our number from a list.Our second visit, Jamel handled everything in a cold manner. What's he worse is that he is not knowledgeable enough to handle his duties at all. He claimed that prepaid plan must be done by way of physical sim card instead of e-sim. He also alleged that a phone can only have one e-sim capacity instead of two or more. We patiently asked him to check again, in which he only did so reluctantly. After he found out he was wrong on both two issues, he was like oh ok" and then moved on

My team and I went to this location to update our business accounts with Bell and purchase new phones. The experience, from start to finish, was efficient and pleasant. Ian (who took care of our many demands) was knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't recommend this location more.

Highly recommend this location. Rick patiently set up my new phone for me. When we didn't have time to finish the setup, he arranged for us to complete it the next day. I never felt rushed. Thanks guys.
