Tony and his crew at All Star Home were great. They replaced several windows and changed the style of the openings (from slide to crank) in these new windows. Replaced builder grade double pane with triple pane. They were on time, did a great install, and cleaned up really well afterward. Also - I got 2 other quotes, and they beat them on price. I had all my windows and doors replaced by Tony and his team. Tony was very responsive throughout the process - giving me status updates on the orders / timeline. When the windows and doors finally came in the installation dates conflicted with some travels I had already planned so Tony adjusted his crew's schedule to meet my needs. They were efficient, thorough, got a very big job done in record time, cleaned up and took away all the debris and were pleasant and professional throughout. Tony and his crew are amazing. They replaced every window in our home and even enlarged the one in our family room. We also had a new front door installed. They were so professional, punctual and answered all our questions. We can't say enough about Tony and the installers Leo and Irene there was a third installer and I apologize I did not get your name but you all are fantastic. They left our home so clean as if they were not even here and cutting out and replacing windows in every room all done in one day. Our home looks so nice and bright now. All Star Homes replaced every window and the exterior doors in our home just over a month ago. I waited with my review to have time to evaluate not only the purchasing process and installation but also the use and quality of the products. I can tell you that we are not disappointed with any of our purchasing decision.Tony came to our home and went through the product line and explained the differences in windows. He provided us with a time line that it would take to get everything and an approximate installation date. After choosing what we wanted he measured all the window and door openings. We received a quote the next day and found it to be less than what we anticipated so chose to move forward. Another visit with the fellow who was going to do the installation and all the measurements were confirmed.Installation day started at 10:00 AM and went to approx. 8:00 PM. Twelve windows and 2 doors replaced. All of the old windows doors and trim were loaded in a trailer and hauled away. They cleaned the windows, vacuumed the floors and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The team was awesome considering it was only two people, with some help for a few hours of the wife of one of them. They worked non stop.Tony was present most of the day and over saw the work being done to insure it met his high standard as well.We had a problem with a scratched piece of glass in one of our doors that none of us noticed until a week later. I contacted Tony. He came to the house saw the problem. He contacted the door manufacturer who within days were out to the house and replaced the glass without question. Good after sales service. All the doors and windows are working great. Tony said we would notice a difference in our home with the upgraded windows compared to what we had. He wasn't wrong. With the hot fall we had the house stayed cooler inside and now with the cooler weather it is warmer and the temperature more consistent room to room. Tony knows his product.Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tony and his team puts the customer first and wants to insure you are totally satisfied with not only the product but every step of the job. We have recently had windows installed by All Star Homes. We were very pleased with the easy prompt follow-up with a consultation and quote. The windows were in the bedroom of our 60 year old house and the job was more challenging than expected. We were very impressed with the professionalism and dedication that the installer showed that day. The windows look great and the price was very reasonable and much less than the other quote we were given. We will definitely be using All Star Home again when we replace our other windows or doors.

We recently had our old wooden windows replaced in our home with the newer style windows. The sales person was easy to deal with and provided an really good quote in a reasonable time. All Star Homes had some of the best prices in Calgary, and so we chose them as the service and their warranty seemed suitable and the sales person did not try to up sell. We are very happy with All Star Home & Team.
