White Oaks Mall Dental Clinic

We have not been to the dentist for a while. Being a business owner just don't have medical coverage. So we were a little nervous. My tooth crack in the front on valentines day no less. So at 8pm we went to the office Dr. Daniel Bottner had us in 5mins. took x-ray & assessed the situation. He took the time to explain our options & what was the best for us financially. He & his team are wonderful to work with & we are no longer worried about going to the dentist. I would highly recommend him & his team to anyone.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Jack Bottner for many years. He’s always been professional, compassionate, skilled and I’ve always been satisfied.Today, I got to experience what his son Daniel is capable of. Sudden extremely painful tooth, and was seen immediately. He was honest and compassionate with strong communication skills. I am no longer in agonizing pain due to his excellent skill and work. His assistant and Dr.Daniel Bottner make a good team. Never felt more comfortable.I believe he will supersede his dad Dr Jack Bottner and that’s a talk order to fulfill

Saw Dr Kapoor on an urgent basis and she took care of me quite well. Nice suggestions and thorough checkup. Asked me about my background and a very decent human being. Very mature and understanding. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They reply to emails and attend phone calls and understand what issue is urgent and what isn’t. Thanks for taking card of me.

I started with Dr Doubt in the mid eighties, not long after he began his practice. Had some bad experiences at the dentist in my younger years. He was gentle and funny and helped me get over my fear. Recently he retired to focus on his golf game. I'm now seeing both Dr Kapoors. At first I was hesitant to see a different dentist, but they're both such gentle souls and very proficient. I'm very happy to be a patient of theirs.

Dr. Daniel Bottner is an amazing Dentist. He is so great with our 4 year old daughter. He always gets us in so quickly and we love going here. His assistant is super friendly, and great at her job. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend anyone to them!

A few weeks ago, I saw Dr. Viana for an emergency exam. His team fit me in on short notice, broke down my insurance coverage into easy to understand terms, and offered me sedation for my anxiety. I truly felt compassionate care. They direct billed my insurance, so I didn't have to wait to get my money back from insurance. It was the single best dental experience I have had in years. I also visited their Komoka location for my sedation, and the team didn't disappoint there either.

Dr Bottner is the best dentist in the White Oaks Mall dental office! His staff is always friendly, you can tell they all enjoy working there, and Dr Bottner never hesitates to make you feel comfortable and at ease. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and is very conservative in treatment. I won't be going anywhere else!

The worst experience ever, the took lots of money for nothing, they didn’t nothing nothing . Have been a long time patient of Dr Bottner. Nice guy, always makes you feel cared for. In the last few years however, the experience has slipped. Never sure which Dr Bottner you’re going to get - the son dropped the ball on submitting paperwork for my sleep appliance, I finally gave up asking about it. Arrived for my appointment today with a concern in my mouth to ask about. Unable to do so since there was NO Dr Bottner in to see. It was a hygienist who I’m pretty sure was her first week. She spent the entire appointment spraying my face with water and commenting that “the water isn’t my friend today”. No kidding. She capped off the visit by dropping the tools and spraying water down the side of my neck. Since leaving my middle bottom tooth feels sharp and cutting my tongue. This will have been my last visit. Time to find a new dentist.

Dr. Doubt has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is starting the process of retirement so I've been seeing Dr. Kapoor who I am pleased to say is just the same as Doubt. Their prices follow the dental fee guide which is important for insurance purposes. Their hours are awesome and the parking is great because it's at the mall. Only complaint is trying to get past Cinnabon without buying it after a teeth cleaning. Oh, and it would be really great if you'd accept direct billing from insurance. You only offer to send in the claim for me. Not accepting the assignment of benefits. Why?
