I was recommended by several people to have Alberni Electric doing my electrical upgrading in my home. They came out and thoroughly went through everything we wanted done. The recommended things that in the end saved us money. They were thorough, hardworking, friendly and professional. I’m so pleased with the work they did, I recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done!

Very happy doing business with Brad and Stacy and his team. We were already relieved he was willing to help us with our big renovation of some very old wiring that seemed like an impossible task to us, and he solved all the problems we gave him to fix, plus helped us avoid future issues and was respectful of our budget with good communication. You could not ask for a better team of professionals. I only wish we had called him years ago. Thank you to everyone.

The work was well done. I had 2 separate days of work to do. For the 2nd day appointment no one showed up or responded to my calls, and we re-scheduled. Then someone showed up on a completely random day when I was unavailable. The 3rd appointment was successful. When I got the invoice and there was a $300 overcharge for an item that wasn't installed. All I can say is go over your invoices and maybe not the best choice for meeting deadlines.

Brad and his team upgraded our electrical from 50 to 200 amps. He helped co ordinate with BC Hydro and gave us tips for reducing our overall bill for the upgrades. He came up with some clever solutions to the many challenges that arise with upgrading old systems and houses. He and his office were friendly and responsive. I wasn't afraid to ask questions and I feel he is very honest. I didn't think we would be able to get this job done but we did! Very impressed.

Once and a while you come across a great company ! But what really makes a great company is the people who are the company .It was such a pleasure to meet and deal with Brad , he is very knowledgeable and accommodating . He came out for a consult on short notice initially . But our great experience started with the first phone call with Tracey. Also very knowledgeable and friendly. Another time we had an issue with an electric heater and called during off hours and their tech called us back to address our concerns . Great service. Great people. Great company!

We moved to Port Alberni in mid July of 2017. Brad and his team of electricians were vital in doing electrical renovations and additions in our home. He did extensive work for us in 2018 and Brad who owns Alberni Electric is now our go-to man for any improvements or problems that need his expertise.Trust is everything when doing business. Brad was recommended to us to take on the job as of part of our renovations team. My wife and I felt we were in good hands right from the beginning. He's reliable and has the kind of personality that is genuine and affable.
