Kevin, the owner of Houard contracting is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. About 8 years ago he salvaged my 1873 old schoolhouse in Napanee. I had been cheated by several other contractors who didn't know what they were doing. Kevin came in and took ownership of the job.
