Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Love the casual atmosphere. My husband and I usually split the steak and lobster meal with an extra potato. The loaded baked potatoes are fantastic. Have ordered other things as well and they are always good. They have a toffee pudding dessert that tops the meal off nicely. The servers are always very friendly.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
First visit. Went there for a business lunch. Had the roast beef sandwich and salad. They only do Ceasar salad which is a little wierd. The sandwich was excellent. I got the feeling it was cut from a larger piece of beef, some fatty chunks, some lean. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep in mind it is a chain, so it's not prime rib from the keg, but it was good value. Excellent service. I will try other locations in the future. The person I was with had fish and chips and enjoyed it as well.

Wish they had option of giving 0 star. We just entered and the waitress told us they are closed for the night even though we reached there at 12:2 . We asked her if we can just have drinks she clearly said no. She was so rude . Even though the employees inside were having thier own party. Maybe these guys dont know how crucial are these reviews for thier business. Maybe i should have seen the reviews before going there and i would suggest owner to give thier workers some good customer service skill training . I have been to thier a lot of locations but never faced something like this.

Washrooms had no paper towel to dry hands and hostess was made aware twice - ordered the spinach dip which was like cold soup! - waited an hour for our food - baked potatoes were cold - lobster tail and butter was cold - side of mushrooms were also cold - waitress didn’t seem interested in making things right and just said she would mention to the owner! I am disappointed that she made zero attempt to make things right! We could have at least been offered a percentage off our bill or reversed the charges for the COLD baked potatoes and mushrooms we had ordered! I visit Chuck’s all the time at home in Burlington and order for delivery and always receive food hot and fresh - worst experience ever at a Chuck’s Roadhouse and next visit to Bracebridge will not include dinner at this establishment!

A disappointing experience. The service was good when we first arrived, but it got busier after a while, and it didn't seem they had the staff to keep up.We ordered Mozzarella Sticks to start. They were fresh, and tasted good, but you only get six for $10. I wouldn't say it's worth it. Our food came out in a reasonable time. My son got a kids cheeseburger, which didn't come with any lettuce or tomato. You just get ketchup, mustard, and relish brought to the table to add yourself.I ordered nachos, with added guac for $2.99. The guac did not taste good. It was very bland and generic tasting. The nachos themselves had barely any toppings on them, and were pretty dry. They seemed overcooked, as well. I tried sucking it up, and eating them as they were, but it did not taste good at all. I sent them back, but was not offered new ones, or anything else at all. I would have been willing to pay the price difference for something else. The server was apologetic, but was pretty busy with other tables. I asked for re-fill on my son's drink, which never came.The bill arrive while I was at the bathroom, which was not clean, and smelled bad. I was surprised to see I had still been charged for the nachos, and the guac. I don't expect things for free, but I didn't even eat half of it, and sent it back after politely explained my dissatisfaction. I would have been willing to pay for half of it. I rarely send things back, and am not confrontational, but this experience was disappointing.I'd be very unlikely to visit this location again.

A short wait to get in. Woman at the door was soooooo busy and managed to Keep her cool. Super friendly waitress, Nina, took care of us. Brought us our wine quickly and took our order. Almost 50 minutes later our food arrived. We were told in the beginning that there were only two servers and two cooks so we expected a delay but that was excessive. One tip I would give is keep your customer updated. After 45 minutes with no updates we were about to go to the bar to find out where the food is. Ok enough of the downside, the food and prices are amazing. Grilled chicken club sandwich was excellent flavor and texture. New York steak, (10oz for $16) was perfectly cooked, juicy and the fries and gravy as a side was delicious. Nina and the rest of the staff (other than previously mentioned delay), took great care of us and smiled throughout their ordeal of being so short staffed. Very impressed and we will come back.

My almost 16 year old son went in with a friend last night after 9pm for the half off appetizer and a pop. My son was just going to have food and his friend just wanted a pop and maybe share some of his nachos.But the server said that’s not aloud! they are not aloud to share . And they are also not aloud to take his leftovers home either . So they both ended up ordering and had to leave their leftovers there .Server also said that they have to pay for themselves or it will be full price ? LolPoor kids.- I attempted to go there a few months before and didn’t even get to sit down. There was maybe 4 tables but no waitress/host in sight , for a good 10 mins so we just left.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
This establishment has a good location and food selection at moderate prices, today when I arrived there must’ve been a product that’s vinegar base used to clean the floors and there was a very vinegary smell for at least 10 minutes making our visit less pleasant, the food took 30 minutes to arrive and restaurant was not busy, perhaps my next visit will be more pleasant!
