I always prefer to deal directly with whoever is doing work for me as opposed to a dispatcher. Sam was quick to reply and after hearing about my issue, he showed up with exactly the right specialty parts needed to get the job done quickly cleanly and well . Great work - thanks Sam! I know who I’ll be calling when I have another plumbing issue.

No hot water for past 2 days. Tried calling several plumbers and left messages. No one has called me back. Actually spoke with Sam from Global Plumbing when I called the first time. We suspected a frozen pipe with all this cold weather so he told me to warm up my house and since warmer weather was coming to wait it out as detecting a frozen pipe could involve ripping up walls, etc . Sure enough, 2 hours later our hot water came back on. No need for plumbing services at this time. We will be calling Sam at Global Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. We have an outside tap that needs a blow out so when the weather is better, Sam is our first call.

Sam was amazing, he helped me with a new faucet installation, and he was very kind, caring, and on time. Definitely recommend, as a number 1 plumber for everyone. He is able to get me in a good time, and is very communicative. He was able to give me a good price, and good moneys worth. Definitely recommend his services to everyone.

We had a leak in our hot water tank and called Global Plumbing. Being in North Vancouver Sam is local and was able to swing by inbetween jobs to assess the situation on the same day. Sam found that our pressure valve had blown out and was able to resolve the issue at a much lower cost than we had anticipated. Sam was quick to respond, he was very knowledgable, and a genuinely nice person. I 100% recommend him for anything gas fitter related to any friends and family on the North Shore. Thank you Sam!

Called on the weekend for a water issue. Sam picked up right away and was able to come later that same day. Very professional, courteous and friendly. We will be calling him again for any future plumbing issues.

Sam from Global Plumbing is fantastic. He is very professional, honest, and is very prompt at either answering calls or returning them. I have chosen Global plumbing because of their excellent reviews. I did the right choice because I could not get anyone better than Sam.We had ongoing issues with our hot water system. We were getting hot water only intermittently. After being left with only cold water I called Sam who right away answered the phone. He came almost immediately. He listened to my frustration since 2 previous plumbers could not fix the problem. He assured me that no matter what he will not leave me with only cold water running. He replaced some parts and together with a helper he fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He also took his time to explain what had to be done. Sam is very knowledgeable, reliable, hard working and has a wonderful approach towards his clients. It’s a perfect combination. I highly recommend him. I will certainly stop looking for another plumber!

I called early on a Friday morning and he answered right away, I told him I needed a plumber in the next 3hrs, I explained my situation and he said he would see what he could do, by 12pm he had been here and had put a new shut off valve in for me. Great Guy! Nice to deal with & will be calling him in the future for all of our plumbing needs! A++
