The meals were fine, but I can't say they were great. The restaurant was chosen based on the fact they offer gluten free items.

Prices becoming outrageous. 9 bucks for wings on wing night. A tankard of beer 10 bucks that was on sale.Safe to say im stepping down from my addiction to bps wings.Still taste great but eff who can throw down 30 bucks for 2 wings on a wing night and one beer thats only 3oz bigger than average.... on sale. Peace money bags.

I ordered French onion soup. I payed $9 and got this tiny little cup of basically soggy bread and cheese. There was absolutely no broth In this soup. Even if the bread on top soaked up some of the broth while it was sitting you would think there would be a little bit left on the bottom. What I received was not at all worth $9 and I was very disappointed with my meal.

This may seem silly as it’s a pizza place but we don’t have many options in Devon for steak. The steak has been somewhat ok but for the last 3 times of having it the garlic potatoes have been water and tasteless.

I am on a special dietary program where I’m drinking PH water. Four of us came in for lunch and I had my water bottle with me. I was told by the manager that I had to remove my water bottle. I explained why I needed it, then was refused a glass for my water so I left my water on the table for all to see. We will not be bringing friends to this location again nor will we be back.Other restaurants have been very gracious about this in the past.

Not surevwhy but when ordering take pasta they sure don't put much sauce on. I asked please make sure you can find the sauce. To that they replied its even less on the lasagna. The only way they say you get a reasonable about is to pay close to $4 more. So said never mind cancel my order and they were content with that. Terrible way to run a business.

Went on an oilers game night, was pretty loud, but not in an obnoxious way! Patrons had fun, our server was excellent! Lounge filled up in period 2, picture was taken earlier in the game. Inside was very clean. Food was very good!

I am absolutely appalled by this establishments behaviour. I get custom orders & it’s either made wrong & or I miss something that I’ve paid for. At one point after them constantly having me call after orders because they either messed up the order & or missed something they decided that they weren’t going to serve me anymore. One day I called to see where my order was & they asked if it was me & that they aren’t suppose to serve me anymore but would that night & to talk to another manager on the next business day. They have either missed things I asked for on my food or they put stuff that I specifically asked to not put because I cannot eat it with stuff on it (ie cilantro on the tacos). I would feel bad calling but they know my order especially after multiple times & it would still get messed up & I was a regular in the area. They also started giving me less condiments as the time went on & if I paid for 2 brownies, I’ve gotten 1, I’ve paid for Pepsi & not gotten it, paid for sauce that I have also have been missing before. I’m very appalled with their customer service. Also the fact that Devon is SMALL & you charge pretty well $5, shame on you ! Marci’s who’s a local restaurant is only $2 ish so how does it feel to rob people especially durning hard times & also being a big chain restaurant ! Do better BOSTON PIZZA !!! Shame on you for making me uncomfortable durning our exchanges !
