These guys did a terrible job on my cover. I wanted to return it, have it fixed or remedy in any way possible but once they had my dough, no help for me. I've had it for years and every time I use it, I think about what an awful experience it was. I'm writing this now because I am on the market for a cover for another hot tub. Not from these jokers...

I have been purchasing covers from Alpine for years. Always great customer service and quality. Don't hesitate to use them! Best replacement cover in the spa industry.

Ordered a hot tub cover last year, and we didn't realize how poorly made it was until winter arrived. When we went to investigate the constant steam coming from around the cover (and ice buildup around tub), we discovered there were huge gaps where the steam just poured out (see pictures) which resulted in constant ice build up (several times during the winter we couldn't use our hot tub because it was frozen closed). I've been trying to get a resolution for 4 months, and when they finally got back to the dealer they blamed everyone but themselves (as if the dealer made the top too small?!?!). As you can see from the photos, the construction quality is terrible, with flimsy velcro pieces that don't even fit properly. As well, the skirt was way too short, allowing steam to come from around the entire tub. I now have to spend another $1,000 to order it from the manufacturer (which is a warning for others, get your replacement covers from where the hot tub was purchased). Just know if you order a cover from Alpine they come with NO WARRANTY, they are sold AS IS.
