Best gym in Canada. Welcoming for all levels. Has it all whether you want to wrestle, train BJJ or do Muay thai, there have a ton to offer. Coaches are incredible and are dedicated, you can tell they all care. Lots of great people to train with too. Really feels like a family. 10 stars

This gym is amazing! My son has been a member since it opened. The coaches are incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and supportive of their athletes. They provide outstanding opportunities for their members and classes are well thought-out, organized, and are a great balance between fun and a serious, professional environment. It is wonderful that the professional fighters are always around and make time to talk to kids, play around with them, and are so encouraging to them. They are wonderful role models for the kids to aspire towards. Highly recommended this gym!

My kids have been to another Martial Arts school before and it doesn't compare to Niagara Top Team. This place is great with kids(9yr/girl and 7yr/boy) , very thorough, and most off all as soon as my kids walk off the Mat they love it ! My kids are 3 weeks in and ove what they are learning.Great way to burn off some energy and learn some great self defence skills!Highly recommend this place!
