We had Fianna Lau as the sales rep and attitude was bad. Developer should provide more training to their staff.

RC at CF Richmond Centre Presentation Centre
I went in just to check out the new development at Richmond Centre. A sales representative F. Lau only spent less than 3 minutes with us and she had a really bad attitude. She did not try to introduce the RC project to us and waited for us to ask her questions. The way she talked makes us feel very uncomfortable. I am not sure if she is in a rush or something but I am definitely she had a very bad attitude!!!

This is the third property my family purchased in Richmond. The location is super convenient. Fianna Lau was our salesperson; she took the time to answer our questions. Extremely professional to deal with.
