Fresh and hot rice roll and worth the price! Only bad thing is the wait; even though I went during not rush hour (3pm), I still had to wait 30 minutes. It's also CASH only. Tip: order ahead the day before or uber eats!I ordered the shrimp one and it has up to three free toppings. It was super hot when I got it and very soft and silky. The shrimp was also great. The employees were nice too!

There is an emphasis of trying this spot because of the texture (silkiness and thinness) of the rice rolls. It was very well done and in the style where it's not wrapping the toppings. It does get relatively busy here even on a weekday but took about 15 mins from ordering to get the food. The congee and rice roll combo is a decent deal at around $14 (dependent on type of rice roll you choose as some are more premium). Congee is thick and has a lot of content. This spot does not accept card and it's cash only or via WeChat/Alipay. Worth going here to grab a meal. Best to eat fresh. There was about 9 shrimps in the rice roll; a reasonable amount.

If you’re craving for rice rolls, this is the spot to go. Great texture and flavours that combine well together to give you a satisfying and full stomach after eating. Although it is located in the Richmond Public Market food court, don’t let it fool you you as wait times can peak beyond an hour. There was a 20min wait ordering at 11am on a Saturday morning, but quickly jumped to a 45min to 1 hour wait by the time we finished. Beef rice roll was comparatively better than the shrimp rice roll which had lacklustre shrimp.

Great place for congee and rice roll. Well worth the 30 min wait.Ordered the Hei Style Sampan Congee and Preserved Vegetable & Pork Rice Roll combo. Got $2.50 off with the combo. Both were equally tasty.The Osmanthus and Fermented Rice Fresh Soy Milk was also very good.Will definitely be coming back.

Chinese rice rolls (fun cheng) located in the Richmond public market second level that are made fresh and can be eaten in a scrapped style (different than the ones at dim sum places which are usually rolled style). Got the minced beef roll. Rice roll part was soft. And comes with okay amount of meat. Goes well with the soy sauce and hot sauce. There can be a wait if it is busy (waited about 20 mins on a weekend afternoon).

Rice roll heaven - cash only spot and the wait can range from 25-60 minutes, but it's worth it.This market place does get busy on the weekends, so finding a table can sometimes be difficult.Been here twice and ordered the trio, shrimp, beef & pork (both times) and plan on ordering something from this place everytime I find myself in the Richmond market.

As far as rice rolls ago, I quite enjoyed this place. The congee was great too, although there was an aftertaste to the pork, so it properly wasn’t super fresh.But overall, I would come back here for the rice rolls although there is a long wait. It was a 50min wait for our order, but the line never died down. So that was understandable and I had a chance to do some shopping as I waited, it was not a huge issue.

Amazing rice roll in Richmond. Texture is on point and so thin but bouncy. Toppings were great as well. Super long wait time though - after noticing the 45 minute long line up, my friend just ordered off fan tuan instead.
