When no company would return my calls or emails, Brad was to the rescue!!!! He helped navigate the insurance claim process with patience and understanding. The installation guys were professional and polite. Communication between myself and Brad or Lyla was on time and consistent as updates came through. I recommend 2nd Generation Exteriors over and over again!!

After the big hail storm in Airdrie, our home in Kings Heights was beat up badly. I started to see on my local Facebook page lots of homeowners asking for local companies recommendations to get repairs started. I emailed a few companies that i saw were being recommended but only Brad from 2nd Gen actually replied. He came over to my home with 2 days and gave me a quick preliminary assessment on the damage of my home. He showed me pictures of the roof with the hail damage as took the time to educate me on why its important to get it fixed.I then talked to the insurance company to start my claim and get an adjuster to see my home. I was surprised when the adjuster said my home was fine and only needed fresh coat of paint. When I showed the insurance report to Brad he fought it. Am i glad he did. The insurance claim went from 2500 to well over 15000. The fight was long and hard and Brad was able to jump through every hoop the insurance company threw at him. I am very grateful for this, as i am someone with no clue about how any of this stuff works.I would 1000% recommend anyone looking to get work done on their home to call Brad. The level of professionalism and experience he provides is second to none. He always returned my calls/texts and emails and even worked through the process with the new buyers of our home helping make the sale of our home less stressful as repairs where still ongoing.

Brad was quick to respond to our inquiry and took care of all the necessary details. We had two different teams work on our house and they were all hard working, friendly and courteous. They took the time to protect our plants from equipment and debris and cleaned up after themselves when finished. We highly recommend Second Gen!

Brad and his team were excellent in repairing our 3 houses that were damaged in a hail storm. 2 houses needed new roofs and his team were very prompt and did an excellent job and were respectful of our tenants. The other house (our personal residence) needed all new siding, gutters, downspouts etc. All the work was done well and the workers were great! We will definitely use Second Generation Exteriors again!

Was referred by a friend this company/team/contractor’s we’re all amazing. We got a new roof, a full wrap, window’s and all the Soffit done. They were all fast, efficient no complaints at all. When sending emails Lyla would get right back to you and the same with Brad. Would highly recommend Second generation!!!

We were impressed from start to finish with Second Generation Exteriors, Brad is great, explains every detail and Lyla is amazing. The work crews were nothing but polite, clean and efficient. We called to bump up repairs as the storm made it a very long wait, now winter was upon us and we were unexpectedly selling our home, we had no idea what their response would be, they understood, assured us they would do everything in their power to get it ready prior to sell date and they did it ! We were ready to sell. We will save their number for anything we need. We would not hesitate to recommend them 100% well done and professional on all accounts. Brad and the team are great to work with. They were very thorough in explaining the process of repairing our house. The guys who came and performed all the work were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you need any exterior work completed on your house. I will use them again if mother nature says I have to repair the exterior of my house again.

Very Shady and Dishonest People, stay away. just because i didn't ok for estimate doesn't mean you can create fake invoice and send it to collections ? i am reporting you to AB consumer board and will take all legal actions. Just wait little bit. If you were half decent and little bit patient would have been used the service but gald you showed the colour.

My house sustained hail damage and Second Gen did full siding, roofing and eaves trough replacement. Their work is of excellent quality, each of the trades who worked on the house were professional and efficient. Brad, the owner, was very knowledgeable about both the best products to use for my house, as well as the insurance aspect of the repairs. Lyla, in the office, was very helpful with questions and concerns I had. Second Generation was recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!
