I called Auclair for their services given the good reviews found on Google reviews, however I was very disappointed. On Dec 21/2020, I received services from the locksmith to repair my key as it was very, very stuck in the lock on my outside door. He advised that the issue was fixed and he stayed approximately 15 to 20 mins and charged me near $170.00 for it.On Dec 28/2020 (exactly a week later) my key was again, stuck in the lock and I was stuck again with the same issue. I called back Auclair to receive services in that morning and he later calls me back late in the late afternoon. I already called another company to come and fix the issue. I simply asked for a refund and said he could not provide this. He calls me back 10 mins later to advise that he will refund me almost $30.00 (from a $170.00 purchase) lol.I will never again be calling Auclair for services. I was in shock of how poor the customer service is and will not be recommending this company in my community.

You never want to be in a situation where you actually need a locksmith, but I truly couldn't have had a better service, so I really can't be mad! Fast, professional, knowledgeable ! Godsent !
