Simply put a great product and excellent customer service. Easy to use site with no hassle shipping. At first it is kinda different than what you're used to. By my 3 set on bench press it really took a lot of the strain off my wrist. I just wish I had them 10 years ago!!!

Just started using grips during my workouts as I was told they would help make my workouts more effective and reduce stress in the wrists when performing workouts such as the bench press. I must say this is true as my wrist don't get fatigued and I'm getting the best from my workouts. I would love to see what else Optimo has to offer!
