We recently had our gas fireplace insert replaced with a new one from Safe Home Fireplace. Our entire experience was great from the moment we met Matt at the store to the install guys completing our fireplace we love our new fireplace. We will enjoy it for years to come. Thanks guys!

Safe Home Fireplace just finished installing a gas insert (the Enviro E20) into our formerly wood-burning fireplace, and we could not be happier with how it turned out! We were so impressed with the team at Safe Home and their attention to detail at every step along the way -- from the initial consultation and quote, to the installation. During the initial consult, Matt clearly explained our options and helped us pick out the perfect size and look for our living room. Over the phone, Jenn answered our many questions as we were making our decision. The two guys who did the install were very quick, professional, and friendly. They cleaned up after they were done, and spent time walking me through what they did and how to use our new fireplace. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!

We called Safe Home Fireplace as our fireplace switch was malfunctioning. In booking the service call, the customer service rep was efficient and polite. A week later our service technician, Marty, arrived. The professionalism and care was fantastic. Fireplaces are messy business but by the time Marty left everything was sparkling and functioning perfectly.

When a local company has 60 5-star reviews, you know they're doing it right.I though I'd wait to write a review as we had a wood burning insert installed in the summer; I wanted to give it a few months to see how we felt. Within a week we were (and still are) very happy with our purchase. We had a Pacific Energy insert installed and it heats our ground floor wonderfully, which keeps the thermostat from kicking the furnace on. We keep the fan circulating and our house is near toasty warm.I even had a warranty issue that they fixed very swiftly.The fan does a good job of efficiently using the heat and convecting it out into the room, though I prefer to keep it off if I am sitting close as the white noise isn't for me.It's nice to get it up to temp then stick on a couple of logs before going to bed and turning the damper down. They'll burn for hours and the heat stays in the unit rather than going straight up the chimney.It was definitely worth the investment in our comfort. Wood seems easy to come by as well and it's pretty reasonably priced, though consider where you will keep it, and where you will dump the ashes also.

Marty's installation of unit was with great attention to detail. Marty was very professional and job was done in a timely manure. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Safe Home to anyone.

The Safe Home team did a great job. The installation was well done and they took great care to keep our home clean. The fireplace is very nice and delivers what we expected. Overall a nice addition to our home.
