Kinda disappointed. We ordered the small size smoothie and it was less than a cup, our guess was 6oz, all for 4$. Great. My eggs and hash browns were burnt and there were weird bits of hard stuff in my food and I wasn’t sure what they were. They were out of a ton of stuff as well. I understand not everyday’s a good day in the food service industry, but still kinda sucked.

love Pita Pit but they have never gotten my order right at this location. there’s always something missing (usually the extra meat that you pay $4 for before tax) and your drink/side. or the wrong ingredient is used for example, cheese. Every time. So keep this in mind if you order food from here and you have allergies because they don’t care.

Magnificent food! Awesome fresh ingredients. Always clean and friendly location. Very accommodating. They know how to cram sooo much in those little pockets. LOL. Great job

Extremely good food. Slower than Subway but worth it. Not quite as filling. If you are a health person, this place can fabricate a quick meal to fit into your diet. If you want something big with lots of calories, they can make a brick with meat, cheese and sauce too, and its really good.

The food was great and the price wasn't too bad considering they are marketed as a mid range fast casual (one tier up from a subway etc). Our whole family enjoyed their pitas including the two year old!

Not a great time. Waited at the speaker for 2 minutes just to say my pita toppings. Got to the window and waited for at least 5 minutes to even be greeted. Service was sub-par and the worst part is that it was $18 for a small smoothie and a small pita. Unreal! Then I get home to eat my pita and it was on whole wheat (I asked for white) and it was toasted (when I said “no” to it being toasted). Just overall unpleasant experience today.

Horrible service. Their lunch staff is rude and not capable of checking orders that were made online. What is the point of ordering through the app when 1. they do not check the orders. 2. they pass other people before you after you been waiting in the restaurant and you ordered 15-25 mins before getting there. 3. They mess up the order and do not include everything you paid for. When I arrived they told me that they had not received any orders online and I have to show them the confirmation that it was indeed placed. Only then did they acknowledge that they had received my order, not impressed. After 15 minutes, I received my order and went back to work only to discover that all of the food i wanted grilled was not added to my salad. That's 7 different things forgotten from my order alone. I'm not one to right reviews, but this was horrible service!
