Hero Certified Burgers
Service was great (fast, efficient, and pleasant) and dining area is clean. These things are important to us.I enjoyed my delicious grilled chicken with a gluten free bun. It’s a good size burger. I got a combo and it was enough food. More than enough for me! :)Prices at Hero are fair. We’ll go to this location again next time we are in a london.

First time having hero burger. I was very unimpressed with the patty, you can tell they’re just frozen patty’s de-thawed for orders. I thought this was a gourmet burger place, I would have rather had McDonalds. The service was great, there are a wide variety of toppings. The fries were.. fries, nothing special. Prices were too high for the poor quality meat. $18.00 for a meal approx.

It was my first visit at this location. I ordered plant based burger and the patty tasted very weird. The toppings were good and customer service was great. But the burger itself tasted terrible. Please don’t waste your time and money for meatless options here, not sure how their beef and chicken is though. I won’t be coming back.

Love the Angus beef burger. They are Halal. Their fries portions are also decent. Angus beef burger can be 4 pound or 6 pound or more I believe. I get the 4 pound for the kids and 6 pound for myself and that gets us full. They also have a halal certification for their chicken too, but we have never tried their chicken sandwiches.

I came in for dinner tonight with my boyfriend absolutely horrible experience! It was almost 40 dollars for 2 burger combos they forgot half the topping I got on the burger, there was 2 single jalapeños on my burger, they made me put the messed up burger in a brown paper bag so they could throw it out and I ordered a side of gravy for 0.79 cents they didn’t give it to me at first and when I finally got it I got half way through and there was a hair in it absolutely disgusting I’ll never be here again

My go-to order is the Action Hero Burger & fries. Both are delicious and service has always been fast. I cannot complain one bit. I would love if they would offer lettuce wraps but the gluten free bun is great.

I have been to this place years ago when they opened up, and also earlier this year, and their burgers used to be really tasty and fresh. When I visited lately, everything tasted like it was prepared few weeks ago and only heated up. We had a chicken burger, it was really dry and greasy. Next time I'd prefer to go to Mc Donald's or Wendy's, at least they have more customers, and don't serve you old food. The place itself was super dirty, my shoes were sticking to the floor, and the table we sat on was so dirty, we wiped it 3 times. Would not go back again.

Ice cold, cheese is tuff and chewy (see pic) and the patty has a strange rubbery unappealing texture, at least the bun was decent

Food and service was really good. Just make sure you ask for extra of whatever you get for toppings. Literally got two sliced pieces of jalapeño lol
