The new setup took a while to get used to, but the new tags on the shelves are nice. The plumbing section has parts in the right spot now. Have a nice selection across the store. The new pick up area for online orders is way better than they had before. Store seems to be stocked well very rare they don't have what I have went in for.

Since this store got a new GM about a year ago the staff has been more engaged and welcoming. The store also got a makeover so it looks and feels newer. Digital price tags are a nice touch.

I had to return a product and the customer service manager, fairly young lady with chewing gum was so rude. She would't listen what have problem with the product, I love Canadian Tire, shopped this store since late 80' in BC but I feel that i will never return to this location again. One thing though, Auto dept, always consistence with good service and staff particularly manager at same dept., always provide decent service in Auto dept. I will give 5 Star!!

A small store but easily accessed from the highway. The big box stores are not built up yet so the parking lots are realitively quiet.Lots of sales like normal. Friendly and helpful staff that were welcoming and offered a hand when I could not find what I was looking for.#localguides

Great spot for automotive /home items and small appliances and alot of small fix up's around the house. Always seem to have what I need!

Good selection, staff are easy to find and actually offer to help(most Canadian tires it’s like finding Waldo, and when ya do, there is disappointment)Cashiers get the customers through and all seem happy.

Older gentleman at the cashier misunderstands what propane exchange means and sends me outside to get inspected before filling.. after getting a new trader tank comments that I must have too much money because I chose to spend 28.99 and exchange vs 21.99 and buy a fillable tank.. then asked me to adopt him. Very strange experience here.

Wow! I had been directed to Strathroy Canadian Tire last week and, now, on my third visit in as many days I am blown away by the exceptional service I’ve received every time in a variety of departments. So pleased today to walk away with a replacement set of cushions for an old patio set that will extend its life.
