I have lived here less than a year and absolutely love it. If I had any questions, Jen in the office, was more than happy to help me! It’s quiet, I haven’t seen any trouble here, the neighbors and management are really nice! I’m so glad i chose Van Buren Estates to be my permanent home! And the beautiful pool is a bonus!

I went and looked at the place, nice and presentable, pool was being opened, yards all clean and well maintined, right near a disc golf course and both lakes with easy access because the boat launch near by.More importantly the staff couldn't of been more helpful getting me through the application process and Jennifer was in contact the whole time helping me with my application since I'm horrid with technology.Couldn't recommend them enough

I have not moved just yet but I’m extremely excited to move to this community. Jenn has been absolutely AMAZINGGGGGG!!! With the ENTIRE process. I’m a stickler when it comes to communication and it has been nothing short of greatness. The move in time can’t come fast enough=). I just know it’s going to be an amazing stay and we will be well taken care of it any concerns arise!

Lisa, from Van Buren Estates called us and asked us about a fence for their pool. She was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to our crew. Van Buren Estates is a well kept place and we are proud to have done their fence :) 5 out of 5*'s!

I’ve lived in Van Buren Estates on and off since I was a child. This is the best that I have seen this place in years. I recently moved out of Van buren estates to another community and immediately came right back! Lisa (the manager) is always on top of things and willing to help. Office staff (Jennifer) is so friendly and caring! I get a response right away any time I reach out to them and they are both quick to help! I love it here! Our kids are safe here and our home is beautiful.

What can I say I Love living here. I usually stay to myself but have found myself getting involved with my community. I have met some wonderful people. Lisa & Jen are wonderful & the best management we’ve had. They are on top of everything and do there best to get things done. Jeff & Wyatt they’re the greatest maintenance crew. People think they just drive around doing nothing, No they are always doing something they are kept very busy. A++ Community

I love living here. Since new management and office staff have come to this community it looks a lot better. Lisa and Jen are a pleasure to visit in the office. I love having them here, they are always helpful and and pleasant.

Managing staff is great, and accommodating. Very clean and well maintained park. Even has nightly patrol to keep the area and residents safe !!
