My husband Dave, and I had the upmost pleasure of meeting Kim and working with her in planning our destination wedding. She was very professional, friendly and organized and helped us with organizing our beautiful wedding in Mexico. I would highly recommend Boulevard Travel to those that are planning on getting married. Kim took the pressure of planning everything out for us and made our transition go very smoothly. One of the things that we admired about Boulevard Travel was the high level of experience that they had and they worked with the budget that we had given them. My now husband and I went through Kim and Karen at Boulevard Travel to plan our destination wedding. Throughout the entire process, they were absolutely amazing!! They were so clear and concise with explaining everything to us and their communication between the resort and airlines really impressed us. There were definitely hiccups in the planning process with our guests being indecisive or having some unforeseen circumstances arise and these ladies handled it with so much grace and calm, we were beyond impressed! Me and my husband used Boulevard Travel to book our destination wedding at the Moon Palace in Cancun. Working with Kim and Karen over the past year as been a real pleasure. Planning a wedding can be stressful, Kim was always quick to respond to any of my questions and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I was overwhelmed with trying to book a family Christmas trip for 24 people - I called Karen at Boulevard and she put all my worries to rest. Karen & Kim took the time to find out what our preferences were and found a location & resort that perfectly suited our needs. They also booked excursions & family photos and were always available to answer any questions. I don't think I will ever go on vacation without them again!

Unorganized and definitely underdelivered on their promises..Unfortunately I have to share how Kim at Boulevard travels fell short of her promises and showed very little support when it came down to help us with our issues. Never once have I gone on a vacation and was forced to sit apart from my travel companion, we were also promised and ocean front view, which was also not the case.. even the airport shuttle couldn’t fit all of the guests on the bus and to top it all of both my and my girlfriend’s luggage got damaged beyond repair on our flight back. Would definitely not recommend booking anything with this agency

Terri at Boulevard Travel is amazing! Everything was set for our family vacation to Cancun when we discovered the new resort property was not going to be totally ready for our dates! An extremely stressful and worrying time for us! Terri, got on it right away and changed it to an even better resort keeping our flights and dates exactly the same! Terri kept me informed every step of the way so we we knew things were being handled!Terri, thanks so very much …..we look forward to planning many more trips with you!

The team at Boulevard Travel helped us organize our wedding in Mexico in Nov 2022. Kim and the team were awesome! They were responsive, helpful, and provided great advice on how to plan our wedding.
