Visited the Dunfermline store recently and received great service from Kathleen. Very helpful and made the whole process seamless from helping us pick the right carpets and underlay to arranging someone to come out and measure up for us. Would highly recommend Kathleen and will be back again for any future carpets we need.

Ross was really helpful in choosing some vinyl flooring. He wasn’t pushy when trying to make a choice, he explained the options and left me to have a think. He was knowledgeable about the products, answered any questions I had and was also able to get me an earlier delivery slot. I’d come back here for any future flooring needs.

We were served by Ross, he was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He helped us choose the best vinyal floor covering to meet our needs, he measured, cut & folded it for us. He took part in engaging conversation while we were making our payment. Ross made a somewhat tedious task of buying flooring for our new shed an entertaining and fun event. We require a new carpet for out living room in the next month, we will be returning to Carpetright in Halbeath, Dunfermline purely due to Ross and his enthusiastic approach to serving his customers. Well done Carpetright your member of staff, Ross is one of the best, a credit to your business.

From a warm, genuine welcome as we entered the store to a professional and knowledgeable experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this store. Had a great experience with Chloe on hand to assist us during our visit. From introducing herself, leaving us to choose our items in peace to finalising the order it was great. Whilst trying everything for marching etc Chloe assisted with no gripes or groans ( and I tried a good few). We also had to cancel our delivery of carpets due to ill health which was no issue either. Well done Chloe you made our shopping experience choosing carpets a great time and hassle free. Will look out for you again when doing other rooms

Got carpets for my new house from here . There was a good choice of carpets to suit any budget and they were all measured and fitted for us . It’s been a year now and the carpets still look like new .

Chloe was excellent during the whole sale process. Very supportive and wanted to ensure we chose the right laminate and carpet - not pressured at all to make a decision - just wanted to make sure we were happy. Worked brilliantly to two brilliant teams for the laminate fitting and the carpet fitting. Kept us regularly updated as to where we were re the ordering and fitting. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from Chloe at the Dunfermline branch. I went in with my 6 year old and there was a competition to find woolley the sheep, which entertained him whilst we discussed the sale, which is a great idea. Once again, thank you for a very efficient service.
